Love this vest. It's my 3 rd one because I wear them almost every day from October through May here in Maine. I get about 2 years out of them. My last one had 2 of the 3 zippers fail within a week of each other but it was getting a bit thread worn so needed replacing anyway. I am 5'11 '' tall and weigh 175- 180 and wear a small. Thought I just needed a vest as part of my running wardrobe, but little did I know this was a must have I never knew about. Now in cooler weather I ’ m wearing this for pretty well any temperature below 50F. Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. I ’ VE NEVER FELT HOT WHILE WEARING THIS!!! Sure I ’ ll still sweat, but there ’s no worry about thinking you need to plan for how warmed up you ’ ll be 2- 3 miles in. One slight ding I ’ d give for how small the zipper pulls are and it ’s easy for the bottom one to not quite line up and get off track.
