My only issue with the product is that the clips are in a package of 5, so if you 're hoping to work in pairs( two ends suspended, for instance), you 'll have to buy a second package.

I garden, hunt, fish, camp and hike. To do any of the 4 things listed, I have to control the mosquitos. I would much prefer a Thermacell over any spray repellent. I read a negative review and had to respond. I wear my Thermacell on my belt and love it. It ’s wonderful to not have to cover my body in bug spray when enjoying the activilisted above!!!! There are not a lot of companies outside of the manufacturer that carry Yakima base clips and you guys gave seemingly every size for a wide variety of vehicles. These are fantastic! I 'm normally a gloves guy but I bought these for very cold conditions and they did not disappoint. The fit is excellent. They kept my hands warm for two hours on a snowmobile at- 18C( without grip heaters). I like the snug cuffs, they fit under my coat sleeve and keep the snow out. I 've been using these gloves 2- 3 times weekly for around 4 months now. They 're starting to show some wear on the palms, but I believe that's on me for not treating the leather first. These gloves have keep my hands warm in temps as low as- 25° with the wind chill added. Still very efficient even when my hands got sweaty in them.

These are my new favorite belay gloves! I take them up on the wall when I 'm doing multipitch climbs and also to the sport crag. They are versatile and generally awesome! I did get some holes in them after some usage, so be aware the durability is an issue, but I really have n't found a glove that's both dextrous and durable. Belay gloves put up with some serious abuse, so I 'm not really sure what's reasonable to expect.

I got these to replace a worn out pair of BEAL gloves that I 've had for ten years. These have performed great so far. I can move easily between climbing and belaying and ensure I do n't trash my hands before a climb! They fit a bit smaller than expected across the palm but are flexible enough to work well for me!

Very pleased with these gloves!! I had read a review previously that he used them on fire assignments and was hooked, bought them a few weeks ago and took them out to OR on a fire and they did great! But BONUS I 've also put them to the test at tree climbing this week and they 've done really well! Only gripe is that they 've stretched a little bit, to where the extra space in the fingers gets stuck in carabiners from time to time. Easy to mitigate though, and the leather holds up super well to fire, ash, dirt, sap, ropes, and all:) plus do love that extra loop on the fingers to hang them in a way on my hip that keeps misc dirt from falling in.

Besides simply taking instant coffee, this is the lightest way to brew a cup of joe in the backcountry. Weighing a mere. 4oz, the mesh filter is fine and easy to clean, and the plastic arms attach to cups and pots easily. One suggestion I have is to use a very fine grind, and even consider using a filter as well; the grounds need ample time to percolate and using a filter helps slow the brew, otherwise it kind of just pours through. I love having this addition, if you bring fresh ground beans and use this it makes a great cup. Recommended.
