The oven delivers a spectacular pie!! The only issue( I ’ m sure it ’s operator error) is then pizza's getting to much toppings and getting heavy or sitting to long and sticking to the peel. Believe me when I say that you will be happy with this cover. Wind is no problem as it fits tight and the strap snugs it down further so that the cover does n't stand a chance of blowing away.
