I bought these exclusively for my walking shoes that I used on a European trip. Let me just say that these are amazing! Excellent cushion for all day comfort. The heel cup is deep enough to provide the right amount of stability and the arch support is spot on. I also switched them into my running shoes and it ’s like running on a cloud! Best insole replacement I ’ ve found to date.

I 've been using Superfeet insoles for decades. In ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc. After trying other brands, I 've always come back to Superfeet, with the exception of Sole Performance re- corked medium insoles, but even that's a toss up. Once trimmed, the Superfeet feel good from the start and continue to serve me well for quite some time. I use them for walking distances, standing on my feet all day at work and light hikes. I have other versions of Superfeet, some discontinued, some not, but the winner( for me) is the Superfeet Run Cushion Medium Arch. I use them in Clark's, Adidas and Hoka trail and running shoes. I 'll buy them again, when needed.

These Superfeet orthotics are better than my doctor- prescribed orthodics because they are the SAME fit and durability for$ 55 instead of$ 500! The key is that they come in different sizes and arches. I have high arches and wear a 9. 5 women ’s shoe which means “ women ’s ” inserts are often to small but men ’s are too big and can ’ t be trimmed enough for a good fit. The Medium High Arch Superfeet inserts fit perfectly and I don ’ t even need to trim them. I highly recommend these inserts!

Fantastic Shoes! Please do not stop making them. Please continue to offer the extra wide shoes in good colors. These are perfect in dark blue. So hard to find great extra wide shoes. These are it! Comfort is outstanding. Stability is great. Padding is just right. I appreciate the one piece rubber tread. I am fairly tough on shoes. A marathon a week give or take. One piece rubber tread always wears better than the current trend of contact patches. I burn through the edges and into the padding in just a few weeks with my running and walking style. The one piece allows the force of the step to transfer evenly without abrading and damaging the cushioning. I 'll always buy another pair but the last half of the shoes life is just as important as the 1st half. Thanks and Have a Great Day!

Brooks is the only brand of shoe I have found that will fit my wide feet, as I have to wear the 4E( extra wide) in size 11 to minimize blisters forming on the outside of my feet. Have 2 pair of Addiction GT5s and 1 pair of the Ghost 15 shoe. It ’s all I wear aside from some flip- flops in summer.

I love the feel and fit of the Ariel GTS 24. My first pair was a pretty teal blue and I liked that it had color but was n't too wild because I like to wear them for everyday use as well as exercise walking and some running. They do n't look clunky and do n't make my feet look big. I decided to get a real neutral shade next so I got a greyish beige style. Most recently I got the Mercury/ebony/sweet lavender and this is my favorite color so far. Very neutral overall but the lavender part adds a lot of style. They are a very supportive, stable shoe which is important to me as I am in my 70s and need that. The only negative is that this most recent shoe did not have the same type of shoelaces as the first two pairs. Those laces stay tied even when you do n't double- knot them. The laces on the newest pair are flatter instead of round and I always worry they will come untied if I do n't double knot.

Running orthotics are specially designed insoles that provide support and cushioning for your feet while running. They help to correct biomechanical issues, improve alignment, and enhance overall comfort during physical activity. By redistributing pressure and providing arch support, they can help reduce fatigue and prevent injuries.
Running orthotics can benefit a wide range of individuals, particularly those with flat feet, high arches, or specific foot conditions like plantar fasciitis. They are also useful for runners looking to improve their performance and comfort by providing better support. Anyone experiencing discomfort or pain while running may find relief through the use of orthotics.
Running orthotics are typically made from a variety of materials designed to provide support and cushioning. Common materials include foam, gel, and thermoplastic, which can offer varying levels of firmness and flexibility. The choice of material can affect the orthotic's durability, comfort, and overall performance.
Choosing the right running orthotics involves considering your foot type, running style, and any specific issues you may have. It's important to assess your arch height and any discomfort you experience while running. Consulting with a specialist or trying different options can help you find the best fit for your unique needs.
Yes, running orthotics can generally be used in various types of footwear, including running shoes, walking shoes, and even casual shoes. However, it's essential to ensure that the orthotics fit well within the shoe and do not cause discomfort. Some orthotics may be designed specifically for certain types of footwear, so checking compatibility is advisable.
The lifespan of running orthotics can vary depending on the materials used, frequency of use, and the intensity of your activities. On average, they may last anywhere from six months to two years. Regularly inspecting your orthotics for signs of wear and tear can help determine when it's time for a replacement.
