I 've been using Superfeet insoles for decades. In ski boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc. After trying other brands, I 've always come back to Superfeet, with the exception of Sole Performance re- corked medium insoles, but even that's a toss up. Once trimmed, the Superfeet feel good from the start and continue to serve me well for quite some time. I use them for walking distances, standing on my feet all day at work and light hikes. I have other versions of Superfeet, some discontinued, some not, but the winner( for me) is the Superfeet Run Cushion Medium Arch. I use them in Clark's, Adidas and Hoka trail and running shoes. Swapped into my Air Jordan 1s for extra support. Not too thick that it changes the fit/sizing of the shoe. I have very flat feet so anything with an elevated/lifted heel usually causes back pain( which is why Jordan 1s are my preferred sneaker due to flatness of the shoe) but still needed something with arch support. After experiencing heel pain similar to a time where I had plantar fasciitis I immediately scheduled time with a doctor at Twin Cities Orthopedics. He found that while I did not have plantar fasciitis I needed to strengthen my foot muscles& use an insole that would provide better arch support. Among the options he recommended was the Superfeet brand. I started using them& found some immediate relief for the pain. Between the insoles& exercised I have received noticable relief that keeps improving. Very pleased with the product to this point. It might have been better if I had gotten the high arch ones, but these are still super solid, and have made it less painful for me to progress with my skiing. The family was getting ready for a 2 week trip to Europe. I told them we would be walking 100 miles in 2 weeks, and would need to find great walking shoes. As a kid, checking cattle on horseback, my toes were frostbitten. Since then, I have used EVERY kind of foot warmer known to man. I received the ActionHeat insoles with remote as a Christmas present. First of all, the instructions for pairing the remote that came with them were not correct. The first time I used them, I did n't realize the remote was n't working and my feet were way too hot. I tried the remote pairing process I found online for a different model and the remote worked as it should( pair one insole at a time while holding power button on the insole and light is flashing, push M on the remote). NOW, for the good part, just yesterday, it was 26 degrees here with the sun shining. I set the insoles on low around 2: 30 pm and went out to burn brush piles. The insoles were still set on low and going strong 7 hours later when I headed to the house at 9: 30 pm. It was 16 degrees outside and I was wearing these insoles and a single pair of socks in uninsulated Ariat Terrains. These are game changers for me. Thank you ActionHeat.
