[ I bought this to go with the marching Giro helmet, which looks terrific together. I used it 2 days prior to the end of my time on the slopes. They functioned great not problems with fit or feel. The vents on the underside really did the trick no build up of heat that I could feel on my face( It was a 40 degree day). There was a small generation of fog/ condensation after I fell and it took a while to clear up, maybe 10 minutes. the lense pops off on the bottom on its own sometimes, not out of place where it can fall off but not completely locked in for sure. If I had a option to buy something else, I would buy this product again.

I 've gone skiing and snowboarding in multiple conditions with them and they have never fogged and even if I 've taken a tumble, It's super easy to just shake the snow out, put them back on, and keep on shreddin'. My old pair of goggles always made me nervous because of the strap mechanism and plastic just felt cheap so taking any falls always worried me that I might not break them. Not these, the Axis goggles have a super solid construction from the strap, to the lens and frame as well. I have tried them with the compatible helmet as well and the fit is seamless which is so nice! Best feature by far of these goggles is that it comes with TWO lenses! One for sunny days and overcast/ night as well. This was one of the driving features that I was looking at for a goggle and this one totally fits the bill. The lens changing is also super simple and easy since it has magnets and stuff. I 've tried a few other goggles where you have to twist/ bend/ has moving parts to switch the lenses and that always made me nervous that I was going to break them. Not these! you just pull on the sides and it pops out, then line the magnets up on the new lens and make sure the corners are pushed into their housings. So simple and rad.

[ Okay, I 'm in the `` This helmet fits great! '' camp. I 've read several reviews about bad fitment but I did not find that to be the case. The helmet has an expandable rib on either side of the helmet. When placing it on my head I squeezed the bottom ends/sides toward the base of my skull while tightening the adjustment dial on the back. At first it was a little too tight but in about five minutes or so it felt great and I never needed to adjust it again. I just skied five days straight in Aspen and the two days it snowed were pretty darn cold. The helmet kept my head both warm and dry and I never felt the need to take it off until lunch or the end of the day. I use Dragon goggles and there were no incompatibility issues at all.
