Used the sliders several times before reviewing. First the instructions advise not using this item on tile or hardwood floors. Consequently used on carpet and smooth, clean cement floors. Sliders hung up on the carpet flooring. Worked well on the cement. Attempted all the advertised exercises. These give you a good upper and lower body workout in a relatively short time span( 15 to 20 minutes). I found they were very good to improve/maintain stabilizing muscles. My biggest concern is how long the sliders will last. Have cleaned them but noticed increasing scuffing. Barring this concern they are an excellent exercise tool.

Purchased these with my Rewards bonus and they were also on sale so I decided to buy them since they were basically free. These are a great addition to any home gym as I attached to my Ethos Power Rack. You can adjust the length and use them anywhere! You can do inverted rows, dips, pullups, ab exercises etc. The stability needed to keep your posture activates other muscle fibers I might not be able to activate with other exercises; I can feel it when my arms start to shake due to the build up of lactic acid. This is probably why most gymnasts who use rings are ripped( that and proper nutrition). All in all, great quality of straps and wood to support your weight in any workout.

Really durable, I use it all the time coaching and it ’s a great and portable addition. On rougher grass it is less effective if the ball bobbles along the ground, but still works well enough. I imagine on turf this would be perfect.

I 'm an avid golfer, and I 've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I 've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.
