Nice that this is weighted as it really helps it to not move around. But not good if you are picking it up for exercises or bouncing it. It really does n't bounce. So consider whether or not you are going to pick it up for exercises before buying it. Good, heavy construction. You will probably have to inflate it twice, as the thickness takes a little time to stretch to full diameter. Kind of a specialty product, but I like it.

Notice that the seat is only flat, it can ’ t tilt when the back does. This matters if you ’ re going to have a heavy barbell doing incline bench, because you ’ d tend to slide down the bench under the weight. There ’s also a gap between the seat and back when the back isn ’ t upright. If that ’s uncomfortable, you can put a rolled up towel in it. Assemble it right and you ’ ll find it ’s a sturdy, lightweight bench.

I would add photos, but they would look nearly identical to the ones on the site. The product comes mostly assembled. You need to add the cover and legs which are very sturdy for my 200lb+ adult autistic son who is using it. You definitely need two people to unfold the frame. Do n't try to open it on any surface that can get caught in the joints, for example, carpet. You 'll have to close it up again to release it or risk ripping carpets strands. That's right... we had to try again, but it took less than 15 minutes to set up including opening the box and the redo. I do n't like to give reviews the moment I get something, but want to test the product. My son was worried he would break it since he was so hard on our full sized trampoline. After a couple of weeks, he has not managed to break it. If anyone could, it would be him. Stamina gave us a quick delivery and quality product at a great price. Thanks Stamina!

Really durable, I use it all the time coaching and it ’s a great and portable addition. On rougher grass it is less effective if the ball bobbles along the ground, but still works well enough. I imagine on turf this would be perfect.

I got this ball a few weeks ago with the hopes it would help my 6 year old be less afraid of the ball as she works on learning to play catch. She absolutely loves this ball. We play catch( even inside now that it ’s super cold and snowy) with no worries about getting hurt or fear of the ball that she got from a regular softball. Tennis balls were a nice thing for a while but the fact that this is the right size and weight really helps her get a good feel in her glove for the ball and what to expect when catching the ball she will be using in spring. As she ’s built up her confidence catching the ball we have swapped in a regulation 11 ” here and there and she ’s so happy she can catch and throw it just the same. Absolutely recommend this ball for littles learning to catch or with fear of the ball.

After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.

I chose this ball based on the way it looks and the brand. I have been using a Jungle Gym XT for years without any issues and I wanted to try another Lifeline product. It is n't the cheapest wall ball out there but I 've learned you get what you pay for. I 've been using it for a couple of months with no problems so far!
