I ’ ve used this shoe on grass, dirt, pavement, and track, and it performs great on all. I ’ ve used this shoe since July, so I would estimate 100- 200 miles, and there isn ’ t too much wear. The fit of the shoe is great, love the snug feel. Not crazy amount of traction, but the hole in the bottom( where the plate is) can get some mobility out of the rocker. The DNA flash is very soft in the heel, and lessens further forward, giving soft landing and fast release. This shoe can be used of really any distance in speed. Only complaint I ’ ve had is the ankle bump it has, it gave me soreness one time, but never happened again, so it shouldn ’ t be a problem.

Amazing shoe, fast and bouncy but not squishy. Relatively stable considering this is a racing shoe. I prefer them to my Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 because I recover faster after a hard workout in the Hyperion Elite 4. Elite 4 is comparably more stable than the Endorphin Pro 4. Excellent upper and ventilation. DNA Flash 2 foam does not stiffen up in the cold. I appreciate the design of the laces and how it makes it harder for them to get undone. Fit is perfect on my slightly wide feet. These shoes do n't get proper justice from some online reviewers and I do n't agree with that. I am really happy I gave them a try and they are permanently in my rotation now until I wear them down.

These sneakers are everything I hoped they would be. As a women's size 11, I have to order my shoes since shops rarely carry my size. These are true to size, perhaps slightly narrow in the toe but not enough to size up IMO. I 'm almost 200lbs which is a lot of force coming down on my feet and I ca n't recommend these enough for heavier people. Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ’ ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. [ I have been a fan of Brooks for years but this was my first time trying the Glycerin StealthFit 22, and I am so glad that I did! The Glycerin StealthFit 22 is now my immediate go to for my daily exercise routine that includes indoor and outdoor training( walking, weight lifting and running). The fit of the shoe took me about a day to get adjusted, but was very comfortable from the beginning. I log about 15- 20 miles a week and have used the shoe for about 2 months, and it still provides plenty of support and comfort. I appreciate how easy it is to put on the shoe with the elastic around the ankle and how thick the soles are. The shoe is also made out of a very breathable fabric so my feet never feel overly warm. Overall, the Glycerin StealthFit 22 is a great all around training shoe that will accommodate any of my exercise training needs and desires.

I haven ’ t found any other shoe that gives this support and comfort. I ’ ve been buying these runners for years and always try to have two pairs to alternate between. Great for running and when I don ’ t wear them I feel the difference in my hips and joints. Glad to have lots of colour options.

I suffer from neuropathy in both my feet, and just walking around is extremely painful. With these shoes it absorbs so much of the impact, the pain is now to a tolerable level while walking. I loved them so much that after 4 days I bought another pair in a different color!

As I get older Brooks Ghost 16& 17 are the only shoes I wear to continue to walk in comfort. The toe bed is very comfortable to avoid arthritic foot cramps, lots of support and a nice looking shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable. I 'm so happy with this purchase! First off, the blue colorway is fire and the easy on feature is what I was hoping for. I mainly use these for walking but when I do need it for runs, it feels very secure around the top that I wo n't have a problem with slippage. The Nike app and website was spot on for sizing up for fit. I normally wear a 10. 5 but went with the 11s per Nike's suggestion and it fits perfectly. They feel super supportive and like I 'm walking on clouds at the same time.

I couldn ’ t get the color I wanted, however, I love the shoe. My hips feel better while walking as do my feet. My feet hurt a lot and with these, they don ’ t. Wish I could afford another pair for inside the house.

I was looking for a new shoe for my fitness walks. I ’ m a quite speedy walker( 4+ mph) and needed something to support my heel and arches. I tried lululemon and Hokas and both made my arches hurt immediately, I couldn ’ t finish my walk. I tried the Brooks Glycerin GTS and they were amazing. I had one of my fastest walks ever!! I ’ m glad I got the extra supper because my arches hurt a little as I was warming up, but the shoe supported me well and I was able to do my entire walk. The heel is also supportive without being too squishy. I don ’ t notice feeling super hot in them, but I haven ’ t worn them in the summer yet. While I ’ d love to wear these everyday, I ’ m reserving them just for exercise, so they don ’ t wear out too quickly. I ’ m normally a size 7. 5 in sneakers and I got a 7. 5 in Brooks.

Brought these trainers and unfortunately had to send the first pair back as they did come up slightly smaller:( but when I got the next half size up just wow!!! Amazing comfort, did 10k the other day and it felt like a breeze in these trainers 1000% recommend I ’ m usually a 7 but had to go up half a size for these so take that into consideration when buying:)
