This is another one of my go- to lures. I find it to be very versatile, I use it as a wake bait or twitch and rise presentation; or just straight crank in. Either way this bait works for me for Slime Gators or Bass. the colors i found best are gold prism black bars orange belly, on my lake back home brook trout funnel into the lake where the Slime Gators wait for them i find that color match's the food source best.& when I 'm fishing Lake Erie or Ontario blue back either silver flash or prism works for me thanks for another great lure!!

It was a windy day so I thought I can just throw this out on a drop shot and let the current do the work and surprisingly it did. After about five minutes with this just sitting out there, I never moved it, a three and a half pound bass decide to eat it. Great little bait.

I used to use rage craws, but as we all know, one fish and the craw was toast! Sometimes just a bite would tear the claws off rendering it useless. This is the solution! I use them Texas rigged, for pitching and flipping, and they work GREAT as jig trailers. I can fish with one bait all day because of how strong they are, but also they have better action then most any other rage tail product. Try these and you wo n't go back.

They do get torn up easily, but the fish kept hitting them. I had a claw fall off one and caught another five fish on it anyways. Best soft plastic I 've used in a while. I 've been very happy with the action, durability and color options of the Rapala Cleanup Craw. I 've used it as a jig trailer and Texas rigged it on an EWG hook with success. The claws do n't tear off on short strikes which is a huge plus. The forward facing appendages on the side of the craw flutter when retrieved. Best smallmouth bass plastic lure of all time!! I would without a doubt choose these over plastic tubes any day. Works in cold and warm water, nice overcast or bright sunny day, river or lake. Does n't matter how outside is, these will produce big trophies. If you have n't rig one of these up on your line, you 're missing out!

Most of my success has been on these baits. Regardless of the body of water I 've caught fish on them. They look so real that I went to pick up one I thought I dropped and found out it was the real thing. Now if I could only find them locally. If they are discontinued, I 'll be very disappointed.
