Pro: I have only had the bench a couple of weeks, but in that time I have found it a very sturdy and versatile piece of equipment. The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.

I 'm very happy with my purchase of this weight lifting bench. It is made of very strong powder coated steel and has a very hard cushion( not squishy at all). Because the padding is not `` rounded '', I just throw a regular bed pillow over it for `` comfort ''- I 'd much rather have it they way they made it than have a soft mushy cushion that only lasts a few months. This bench will likely last many `` YEARS '' of regular use. I weigh about 205 Lbs and usually lift dumbells between 50 and 100 Lbs for about anywhere from 500 to 1200 lifts. So, as I get a decent workout- the bench is getting one too( LOL). I only buy things that are VERY well made and Built To Last, I absolutely despise JUNK. If you are looking for a HIGH QUALITY Portable Bench I think you 'll like this one. It does n't `` wobble '' even the least little bit and is EASY to Fold and Unfold and EASY to carry in and out of the Closet for storage. The `` Holding Pins '' are attached to the Bench by nice cables so you do n't lose them and the Holding Pins stay in place nicely too. I could n't be happier, unless they `` rounded '' the edges of the cushion to conform more to the center of the natural curvature of the `` human spinal column '' but again, a simple bed pillow makes it perfectly comfortable and is not a big deal at all given that pretty much everything else is near- perfect. I purchased this bench last week because I wanted something that I could easily move of the way in my TV/exercise room. With the legs folded, it fits perfectly into the small space between my stationary bike and the adjacent wall. I 'm 5' 8 '' and it did take a few attempts before I figured out how to position myself so that my head did n't flop off the back. Now that I 've solved that, I think it's the perfect addition to a home exercise room. My only regret is that I waited this long to buy it!

I have used this bench for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. It is the perfect size for keeping it out of the way when not used. I do not have a lot of extra space, so it gets folded after each use and put away. I was a little hesitant about buying this at first because of some reviews of taller people and the benches stability, but I have no issues after using it. I am six feet tall and find the bench to be more than adequate, if I sit down right at the end of the bench. I still have a couple of inches before my head would not be on the bench, so I still have room to move around on it. I also like the fact that the bench is not super wide. This way I am not restricted by the bench when I want the dumbbells to go lower than my chest, for a deeper stretch of the arm muscles. The other issue was whether or not it would be stable. I find this to be more than stable. I have had no issues with this bench being unstable. It is very stable. The only way that I could see that this would be a problem is if I lifted heavier weights than I am able to control, which is not recommended and not safe for you or the bench. I am 100 percent happy with this product and highly recommend this bench to anyone who wants a versatile travel or packable bench.

For over four decades I have been a weight lifter and it would be fair to say I might know a few things on the topic. Because it has been so long in training I finally decided to get out of the gyms and take it home. The above named bench is one of the products I bought so I could train at home away from the crowds. Here is what I found. The instructions showed a drawing on paper for every part to be identified. Once identification is made, the instructions went just as they are written and It went together easy. The unit is stable on the floor and is a quality item in strength. I am able to do supine and incline press positions. There is a place on the slant rail to engage a full 90 degree upright position if one wanted back support for shoulders. However, when brought to this position the seat pad and the back pad conflict in the fold as both pads now touch and the unit will not lock into position. I do n't require a full upright position so I have said nothing about it to Dick's. It is a good bench and for me not worth complaining. The adjustable seat pad is great as it will keep you in the saddle and your body stable on the bench with any weight. I like it.

Good product. Essy to assemble. Like that it folds up, wish it had a latch to keep it folded. Also the dip handles flex quite a bit and I weigh 130lbs. Not sure I would trust them if I was a heavier person

The entire process has been positive. Ordered, communicated regarding delivery, well packaged. Although its a little intimidating with all the parts laying out, following the video to assemble was problem free. So far really like the set up. Bought a few accessories to make it work for us. No more need for gym membership. Great product.

This rack is great! With one piece of equipment you can do so many things. The only concern is the height of the pull up bar is pretty high so if you have lower ceilings it may not fit.

A little over whelming to start, but following the youtube instructions putting the machine together by myself was actually very easy. It did take me about 10 hours, but absolutely worth it. The machine is extremely well built of quality parts. Using the machine is a pure pleasure. It has so many options that it is all around a fully body machine.
