I was looking for a waist bag to keep secure my documents, at the same time, strong and comfortable to use. The back compartment is big and easy to reach to put the documents. The front compartment is spacious. I had sunscreen, hand sanitizer, moisturizer, lipstick, money, earplugs, snacks, and other items. One of the advantages is that is not counted as a personal item on the plane so I did n't have to reach for my personal bag under the chair. I wore it both ways, sling and in the waist. The material seems sturdy, and I 've had no issues as of yet. Took it on a cruise to Mexico and a day in Universal Studios,& it worked great. Since then, I 've taken it on numerous walks and hikes without complaint. Plenty of pockets/pouches to hold my stuff. I have n't used it in heavy rain, but in light to moderate rain I have n't had any issue with stuff inside getting wet. It's comfortable and the adjustable straps stay where you adjusts them to.
