I like these a lot: They have a nice wide/not too wide footprint. They have good ankle support. They have great traction. They are very comfortable. The waterproofing worked well( as it should because they are new). My only complaint is that padding on the ankles makes them pretty wide at the ankle and that tends to catch debris and funnel it down into the shoe... so they are not my pick for places where there is a lot of trail debris.... or perhaps I should have used gaiters. But they are perfect for wet, slippery, or dry trail conditions and casual wear. To me, the picture makes them look like they have green trim: They are shades of grey, not green-- I was pleasantly surprised by that, and I think they are a good- looking pair of shoes.

Was able to wear this day one at work 8 hour shifts on my feet all day. Super easy to break in and perfect arch support. This is definitely a steet/indoor shoe. Mud will make the white bottoms dirty quick. And fits true to size.

Have been wearing Targhee xx's for quite a few years. Obviously, they have worked great for me, and now my wife has a pair. I wear them year- around, on snow, ice, wet leaves, steep hillsides.... They are functionally waterproof- I wear low- profile `` walking shoes ''- not for serious stream crossing, but fine for tall wet crass ''. Only problem has been delamination and eventually leaking. Will see how the model for IV performs- just bought 3 pairs.

Lightweight and stylish. I work as a courier, I 'm on my feet 9 to 11 hours a day. These boots are comfortable and at the end if the day my feet are n't hurting. [ Bought these a few weeks ago and find myself wearing them all the time! Mostly because once I put them on, I forget they are there!
