I weightlift a lot, and it is important to progressively overload to obtain maximum benefits from doing so. However, with that comes risk of getting injured and a good weightlifting belt is a must. I already use Ethos brand weight plates and barbell in my home gym and I absolutely love the quality of them. I knew that a weightlifting belt by Ethos would also be of the highest quality. I used the size chart by Ethos and determined that the medium would fit my 28 inch waist the best and allow for some slack without excess dangling. I feel my lower back is well supported when doing my deadlifts so that i can confidentally lift higher weight without sacrificing good form and risk injuring myself. I like the neutral black and gray coloring of the belt so that it matches all my gym outfits. I also have to add that these belts from Ethos do run a bit smaller in size comparing to another competitor who also makes these types of belts for women, so it is important to go by the size guide provided. The first thing you notice when you put this together is that it is near commercial grade. It even allows you to bolt it to the floor if you want to make it more solid. I did not bolt it down, and it is still very sturdy. Solid feeling. The other great thing is that I am 6' 5 '' and the height for the chin up bar is perfect. My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!

The bar is easy to attach and take off for quick changes while exercising. My 11 year old son works out with me and it is even easy for him to make quick changes in height to the bar. It is secure and will not come off accidentally while doing pulling exercises like inverted rows. The diamond __quote__knurling__quote__ make it secure even though we still use chalk, but it feels good on the hands and is not at all abrasive. So it wont tear up your hands. Great for elevated pushups, for inverted rows, lower height bar for pullups when teaching kids. Overall very satisfied. Even my wife uses it for pushups and rows.

I just received this Body- Solid Leverage Squat machine Wednesday. It only took two days to be delivered. It comes in two boxes. One is long, contains the main frame pieces, and weighs around 100lbs. The other is fairly square and weighs around 70lbs. It took a number of hours to assemble, made worse by the minimalist instructions. All that is provided are parts and hardware lists, and blow ups of the parts and what goes where. I 'm used to having many different pages, with each focusing on a few areas at a time. It is what it is. With that being said, once together, this thing is built like a tank. It is an absolute blast to do correct form and safe squats on this gem. The value for the money is off the charts. I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home gym. Pure excellence.
