A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. Probably the best pair of Nikes I ever had: great look and comfortable. I only would like to point out that, despite being advertised as retro running shoe, this model easily get ripped on the upper sole if you have a wide feet and run/jog a lot( specifically 500 km per month). The stitching is perfect, and the combination of breathable fabrics make the shoe sturdy and I know will stand the test of time. The color way worked out excellent as they match his favorite team( Go Raiders!). As far as comfortability, he states they are 9/10, not being his most comfortable pair but very close. They are easy to clean off and the laces are the perfect length. The only complaint he had was the toe box is different than most of his other shoes and he had to get used to the feeling of his toes springing up with each step, but now it doesn ’ t bother him at all.

However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way.
