T- rig with 1/4- 3/8 oz tungsten bullet weight and a 4/0- 5/0 off set worm hook. You can use a 1/16- 1/8 oz bullet weight if you are using spinning gear. Cast to some cover and let it set on the bottom for a stretch with occasional twitches. Hits most often occur as the worm is falling to the bottom... but I have also had hits shortly after the worm hits the bottom and is just setting there. Stitch it along the bottom by lifting and dropping your rod tip 6 '' or so. Slowly works best, but the bass will tell you what they want. Do n't be afraid to tie on a big worm when you are fishing for largemouth bass! I 've had bass< 1 lb hit this worm like a train. I keep my colors simple... black and green pumpkin are all you need. Those 2 work in all conditions. A great worm by Zoom!!

Deltona Dave
These worms are kinda skinny and at 9. 5 '' long they catch a lot of smaller bass

5
Bamafever
I 've been using Zoom products for several years now and use the swimmin chunk as a trailer on a 1/4 ounce jig and also a 3/8 ounce jig. i usually dip the legs in a chartreuse garlic dye, and most of my jigs are a shade of green( usually a green crawfish) not sure if the bass see this as a bluegill or crawfish; only that it catches fish!! i fish an extremely clear, fairly deep lake so detail is very important.
5
Gary
Give yourself a better chance at catching that fish. Add one of these to your jig or spinning lure for some extra action. Get that fishes attention!

I had Zoom chunks before but hadn ’ t thrown the zoom swimming Chunk before. I put it on a swimming jig and was so surprised at the motion it added to the jig and how the bass found it so attractive and appetizing.

The Zoom ol monsters are my soft plastic of choice. The 10 1/2 '' worm will get the bass' attention. They are very durable and come in a good assortment of colors. My most productive have been: black shad, red shad and California 420. I love texas rigging these worms and practically fishing anywhere on the lake. From fallen timber to points to deep water structure, these are a sure bet

The best all around lure i have used. It has great action with the flip tail. Purchased at Dicks because of grand opening and had a coupon. Their normal prices are about$ 1. 00 more than other retailers in the area. Will continue to purchase at other outlets until Dicks lowers their prices to meet the competition.

Been using swimming flukes since they came out... have caught bass, snook, reds and speckled trout. Use them as a swimbait Texas rigged with a pegged bullet weight. Use them weightless worked real slow and easy, just twitch them or bring to the top and let them sink back down to the bottom or buzz them on top. You can go fishing with only this bait and always catch fish. Houdini is my favorite color... What a bait!!
5
BogMountain
I have switched to the Zoom Swimmin' Super Fluke as my `` go to '' bait for both small and largemouth bass fishing. They can be very effectively fished as a surface bait in very thick aquatic vegetation and are extremely effective when fished that way for largemouth bass. They can also be fished as a `` wake bait '' or fished more slowly as a subsurface bait. My favorite colors are Baby Bass, Pearl, and Houdini. You need to have several bags of these in your arsenal!

I have been using Zoom Fat Albert grubs for several years and they are the best in my opinion. I fish them on a jig head', swimming them back to the boat using a lift and drop retrieve and sometimes a straight retrieve. You need to try both methods to see which one works the best each day. I also use them as a trailer on spinner baits. And do n't forget to try them on a safety pin rig like the old beetle spin but with the Fat Albert in stead of the beetle.

Texas rig these lures, cast them out, twitch a couple of times and let them sink. The bass can not resist them. Or add a small weight and jig them off the bottom.
5
RWA Fishing
The irratic darting motion on a jerk- pause retrieve looks so much like a fish in distress, it has caught big and small bass, very effective when they 're feeding near the surface, it's action does get a reaction bite that varies. Sometimes the line just stops with no initial tap or tug, other times they try to rip the rod out of my hands!
5
Landshark1804
Me and my friend use these constantly, they work so well! The first time I used them I would cast it out let it sink and then jerk every few seconds, on my first cast I was pleasantly surprised with 4 big bass following it! were talking 3 pounders!!! My go to for big fish. The magnum size triggers fish from larger fish. The vibe tail makes this bait come alive and can used as a swimming worm. It can also be fished on top the water and the tail makes a buzzing sound and sends of multiple ripples

R2Z1
Zoom speed worms are the hottest bait on my local lake. I get a lot of bites on the initial fall. The nice option of this bait is that it also catches fish on the retrieve, especially on the top. My biggest bass ever, a 10- 12, caught on a June bug color on top.

Very good product will recommend to my friends. Use to catch silver bass.
Soft baits are versatile and can be used in various fishing techniques, including Texas rigging, Carolina rigging, and drop-shotting. These methods allow anglers to present the bait effectively in different water conditions and target species. Depending on the type of soft bait, you can mimic the movement and appearance of natural prey, making them attractive to fish.
Soft baits are typically made from a variety of materials, including plastic and rubber compounds that provide flexibility and durability. Some baits may also incorporate scents or flavors to enhance their attractiveness to fish. The choice of material can affect the bait's action in the water, its buoyancy, and its overall effectiveness.
Choosing the right color of soft bait can significantly impact your fishing success. Generally, brighter colors are effective in murky waters, while more natural colors work better in clear conditions. It's also beneficial to consider the local forage and match the bait color to the prevalent species in the area.
Soft baits offer several advantages, including a more lifelike movement and the ability to mimic the texture of natural prey. They can also be rigged in multiple ways, allowing for greater versatility in presentation. Additionally, soft baits often have a more subtle action, which can entice fish that are wary of harder, more rigid lures.
Soft baits can be effective year-round, but their performance may vary with the seasons. During warmer months, fish are often more active and may respond well to various soft bait presentations. In colder months, slower presentations with finesse techniques can be more effective, as fish tend to be less aggressive.
