This shoe has completely revived my running and is the best shoe I have ever worn. I 've been a distance runner since 1984 and wore Pegs for much of my life. Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

Just finished putting at least 400 miles on the zoom fly 5s. No telling how much exactly because I did n't track everything but I really enjoyed them and just got these fly 6s today and went for a 6 miler. They felt good out the box and I think I broke them in by the end of the run. I was running a good pace on fatigued feet and legs( ran 11 miles this am) and it felt effortless. I wanted to keep going but I kept it semi light for the first test run. I think I like these better than the 5s and I loved them. I usually do at least 5- 6 days a week around 7 miles a day. They work for easy runs and hard runs. These feel like they will do the same and are lighter but I still feel like I 'm getting the same support which was my main concern. I think these will be my go to. The vapors are out of my price range but these probably compete with those if I were to guess, especially if you are on a budget like me. Good job Nike! Glad to have switch to y'all from brooks. I get way more milage a shoe.

Had my first run in them and I was sold. 25 miles in. I went 7. 5 miles in them and here are my thoughts. These shoes improve upon everything the Zoom Fly 5 was trying to do. The upper is better, the heel lock is better, the traction is better, the rocker shape is better, the shoe is lighter, the ZoomX is so much softer, and even the little cutout on the sole ’s mid- foot area is better. This shoe is lighter, less clunky, and softer than its predecessor. It lives up to all the hype and then some.

I am not a runner and wear shoes on a casual basis, but I could see that there is a lot of shock absorption. It may take a little bit of practice walking in these shoes due to the thickness and `` springy '' feel on the sole. I would buy these again!

These are the shoes to get for starting the 2023 cross country season, was expecting to dislike them compared to the victory track spikes, but they ’ re awesome! First off, super comfortable and fits perfectly to my foot, I haven ’ t worn spikes without them making my feet hurt afterwards so that was definitely a plus. My 17 year old son absolutely loves these spikes. He wore them for the first time last night and set a 27 second cross country PR on a ridiculously hilly course that is n't conducive to setting PRs. He loved the cushioning, wide toe box, and the fact that they keep you on the balls of your feet. He has never liked Nike spikes in the past, so it is saying a lot how much he loves these!

I also pronate slightly when I run, abut the wide stable base on this shoe helped me there as well. They also breathe well, so your feet do n't get way too hot. [ I ’ ve been shopping around to replace my previous running shoes and decided to give these a try. From the second I put them on they were amazing. Very lightweight with the right amount of arch support. Fairly easy to slip on and soft around the ankle opening. Colorway is very simplistic and can easily go with one of my many pairs of leggings and tops. I did like the little touch of yellow! Overall a very clean looking shoe. Nothing overly busy. Fabric is very soft. I ’ m not worried at all about any friction when jogging/running and could easily wear them for an extended distance with little worry. The comfort inside really stands out. I would say they are true to size in comparison with other Nike shoe products. The shoes provide a snug fit and felt they had a great grip on various surfaces. While running on the trail I had great traction but was also able to run around the neighborhood in them. I did get the shoes wet from the rain and the fabric dried pretty quickly. [ For some context, I am a male in my mid 20s and I run about 60 miles a week. I am currently training for a 25km race and I primarily used the Zegama 2s for my easy and steady runs. I was quite impressed with the Zegama 2. One notable enhancement is the incorporation of Vibram technology into the outsole, providing excellent grip and stability, particularly on trails. This feature proved invaluable during my off- road sessions. When running, this allowed the ride of the shoe to be grippy and secure. In particular, when on the trails, this was quite handy! However, the Zoom X foam is the highlight of this shoe. Not only is the foam soft and squishy, but it is also offers a high energy return. I found the foam to be most useful on my easy runs. After running a hard session, this shoe works well for easy days on the trails. The high cushioning keeps the muscles fresh. As someone who has ran in many of Nike ’s shoes, I will say that this iteration of Zoom X is not as squishy as the initial generation. It is a firmer version. For comparison, it is similar to the feel of the invincible 3. In terms of fit, the shoe fit true to size. I normally wear a 9. 5 and it fit me perfectly. I appreciate how the upper extends higher than a normal shoe- this helps to prevent dirt and rocks from entering the shoe. However, given its trail- focused design, I wished for a waterproof upper to tackle muddy terrains while keeping my socks dry. Often times, the trails are quite muddy, and by having a waterproof upper, this would serve the shoe well. Nonetheless, the fabric of the upper is comfortable and I did not have any issues with blisters or rubbing. As can be seen by my pictures, I have the shoe in the black and white colorway. The design works well as it hides dirt. Although I already have almost 30 miles on the shoes, they still look brand new! As someone who works nights, I enjoy the little details of the shoe: it says “ all day ” and “ all night ” on each respective tongue. This made me chuckle when I first saw it. In terms of bottom line, I really enjoyed this shoe. The updated outsole works well and the Zoom X cushion is phenomenal. The ride is great and responsive. I imagine I will be reaching for this shoe for all my trail runs, and even for some easy and steady days on the sidewalk. As for potential improvements, waterproofing the upper would undoubtedly elevate this shoe's performance, especially in muddy conditions. If it was waterproof, this shoe would truly be at the top of the trail shoe category. Further, while I love the Zoom X, I do wish it was a softer version of the cushioning. I am not sure what chemical changes have occurred since its debut years ago, but it continues to get firmer with each update. However, some many appreciate this change.

[ The Nike ACG Zegama were an exciting pair of sneakers to test. I am longtime fan of the ACG collection, mainly for it's forward and functional design. These trail sneakers embody both of those fully. I wore these on the trail routes near my home and they full adapted to the uneven and sometimes slippery terrain. I 've worn them on dry runs and just after rainfall, and the footprint/sole of this sneaker felt like it grasped the earth well in both circumstances. The elastic ankle detail hugged my foot just enough for added stabilization. I could really feel the vibram sole and full cushioning which I prefer when trail running. I appreciated the non slip grip the laces had on the upper, they felt secure the duration of each run. But my main takeaway was the width of the sole at the ball of the foot. It really felt different compared to other sneakers I run on trail with. This felt like when my foot stuck the ground, it was fully connecting, giving me more confidence and security with each step. The shoe was comfortable and responsive all around.

One of my favorite features was the ankle portion because it fits almost like a sock and feels secure without rubbing. What I liked most was how easy it felt to move in them. I was able to comfortably pick up my feet and transition into short uphill runs without feeling weighed down like traditional hiking shoes. Honestly, I wouldn ’ t change anything about the shoe. Even though it ’s not labeled as a wide shoe, it still worked well for my feet and provided solid arch support. My only recommendation would be to wear high socks and avoid wearing them barefoot. [ I got these in a size 7 in women ’s for 1 of 2 people that I knew could give me an honest opinion on them. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. As soon as she opened the box she absolutely loved the colorway she got as it can match multiple things as well as the style/look of the shoe. Once she got the shoe on foot she walked around the house and said she felt more bounce and spring in her step wearing them. She wore them to work the next day and when she came home she talked about how much her feet and back felt better after wearing them and all the compliments she got on them from co- workers who said they would be looking to get a pair as well. These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10- 15 miles without issue. I 've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they 're still going strong. Wishing they 'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples and whatever, but I 'm sure in time they will. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.

I do n't run a lot of 5k's. Coming off a half marathon personal best I ran a personal best 10k and was going for the same in a 5k. I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. Any excuse for a new pair of running shoes. Out of the box my first thought was amazement at how light they are! My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. None of which are particularly light. First time on my feet the upper felt like tissue paper with a zoomx lower. The upper did not feel flexible. Almost plasticky, but not a major issue. The cushioning felt squishy like I would bottom it out under hard running. First run, they felt fine. Lighter, more nimble than my usual shoes. Cushioning felt adequate for a short distance. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race. 5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I 'm not the fastest guy out there. 8: 35 miles. Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I do n't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I 'm not sure if the wear will show. Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade. I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I do n't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I 'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

[ This is great. Honestly, when I first wore it out it was a little too tight for me and I thought I needed a bigger size. Since it is a waterproof shoe, you can expect it to be a little bit tighter obviously to help keep water out during rainy training days. The second time I wore them they felt much better and didn ’ t feel as tight. I normally go half a size or a full size up for running shoes. I ’ m normally a 9, but did a 9. 5. The cushion on these shoes is amazing. They have the new zoom cushion which is super comfortable and you can wear out for long periods of time. I just ran a 50km race with 5, 000 feet of elevation gain and loss wearing these shoes. I was nervous that the toe box height would be too short, but that didn ’ t end up being an issue at all. I didn ’ t get a single blister after getting them from other trail shoes. The front toe shield definitely saved my big toe more than once after slamming into some rocks. I ’ d recommend them for lighter mud and snow conditions, but overall they were very comfortable and fast. They fit true to size to my vaporflys. Very satisfied and an eye catching piece.

[ BEST. SHOE. EVER. As a runner and a nurse, I used these shoes to really test the spectrum of activity. For the runners- this shoe provides a bounce that can add extra miles to any run. If you like a more barefoot feel, this shoe is the opposite. But if you want support for knees and hips, these are the runners for you. For the nurses- I can ’ t begin to explain the comfort these provide. I typically go for a sturdy and less bouncy shoes for my 12 hour shifts, but these shoes gave me lasting comfort through the entirety of my shift without the calf pain, and foot pain that usually comes with shoes too cushioned to last the copious steps taken as a nurse. Overall, the quality of these shoes is unmatched. I found a true water resistance of the material- an easy clean. The style is a head turner. [ Upon putting these shoes on it was immediate comfort. They run true to size and the fit is perfect. I love how each step is just pure comfort. I ’ m hoping that in the long run it holds up with it. The shoes are very light weight and so far when wearing them for brisk jogs on concrete they feel great. My next test will be on the treadmill which I ’ m sure will feel even better. [ To be fully transparent, my go- to shoes are the Nike VaporMax Plus or the Flyknits. I love how comfortable and multifunctional they are given I can literally wear them to the gym or a casual day out while the array of fun color options makes them all the more versatile. With that said, this is my first pair of Nike Vomeros. Based on looks alone, this style of shoe probably would not be my first choice given I prioritize fashion over function. However, after wearing them several times while out walking on the trail near my house which is a mix of paved road and dirt, I can say they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I ’ ve ever worn. The sole of the shoe has a ton of foam cushioning with really nice arch support while the entire shoe is super lightweight and stretchy. The tongue is also really thick which allows me to pull the laces tight and not feel them cutting into the top of my foot. I also love that the shoelaces are flat and remained tied! The entire shoe is made of breathable, lightweight material making them the perfect shoe for walking or running. I normally size up by 1/2 a size because I like to have a little extra room for when I wear thick Nike Dri- FIT socks. The shoe however is true to size!

I absolutely love these! The Nike Vomero Premiums are hands- down some of the comfiest sneakers I ’ ve ever worn. The cushioning is super plush but still bouncy — it almost feels like walking on tiny trampolines. My feet stay happy even after hours of walking or standing. The light blue with pink colorway looks gorgeous in person — soft, stylish, and easy to match with everything from leggings to jeans. The shoes were light and airy. The insoles were soft. The material was breathable and did not make my foot hot or my foot sweaty. First putting on the Nike Pegasus Plus they were tight a bit& I was nervous out working out in them. But once I go to my first exercise they begin to feel like my feet were in a controlled comfort state. They were very light and gave enough support to help with all workouts. I haven ’ t done my long walk in them but I plan to use them for a ADA walk. They seem very durable and definitely are perfect for a job of standing for 4 plus hours. Actually good running shoes but also good for day to day stuff and lifting due to a better sturdiness in the base. The fit is snug buy not to the point of cutting off circulation. Also doesnt feel like you 've suffocated your foot all day when you 're done wearing them. Nice spring to them as well. The only drawback is the inner heel was odd at first and took about a wear or two to adjust and not feel like it was loose/scraping the heel.

[ These shoes are everything you would expect and more coming from the higher price tag. For starters, while I did not weigh them, I can confidently tell you that the Pegasus Plus is noticably lighter than the 51. This is likely due to the cushioning setup and the Flyknit upper. With that in mind, the upper is extremely breathable, which prevented me from having a lot of sweat trapped in the shoe after long runs. The tongue was also not a bother to my foot during runs and walks. As for the midsole, the full length Zoom- X foam is extremely bouncy and responsive. While they do not feel quite like carbon plate shoes, they feel tremendously faster than many of my other daily trainers. They make running a 5k much more comfortable and allowed me to shave a few seconds off of my typical time. Even for low intensity walks, the midsole was extremely cushy and made walking effortless. With this squishiness though, the shoes are not the most stable. They are great in that respect for running and walking, but doing plyometric exercises like jumping seemed to highlight some instability. In terms of sizing, the Pegasus Plus fits true to size, although, please note the shoe fits narrower than most neutral shoes I 've used. I by no means have a wide foot, but these shoes fit very snug in the toe box and on the sides. Overall, I am a big fan of this installation of the Nike Pegasus line and I highly recommend them to someone who is looking to pay the extra money for a higher quality, more performance based pair of runners.

These are really great shoes. Hands down probably the best running shoes I 've owned. I 've been suffering from ball of foot pain( metatarsalgia) under the second toe for about 8 months, and it really started to flare up within the last 1. 5 months. I tend to be a forefoot striker and typically run about 5- 7 miles when I go out. Just went on a 7 mile run with the AlphaFly Next% 2 and they really did help to neutralize the impact on the 2nd metatarsal head to the point where I felt no soreness or pain post run. Nike recommended a size 9. 5, but I ended up buying a size 11 and it fits perfect. Hope Nike continues to make shoes like this since it helped me avoid having to give up running.

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ’ ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. These shoes do “ hoof clop ” loudly like the old tempo next% trainers. Ppl always turning their head as I come up on them🤣

Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. Returned to running after a 40 year break. Six months in I decided to run a marathon on five days notice. I got these because they are supposed to reduce fatigue and make recovery faster. I ran sub- 4 at age 57 with six months of training and a five day taper. The next day I had no problems running six miles.
