After being released from PT but still needing to work on my injured leg, PT recommended me to buy leg weights and continue my exercises at home. GoFit weights are very flexible because I can increase or decrease the weights easily as I progress. I also like that the weights are sand rather than metal which adds to the comfort. Would recommend to others to purchase these weights. I have not found any negatives with GoFit.
