[ I weight lift 4- 5 times a week, so I use these often. My only complaint is I find it a tad bit difficult to do suitcase squats with them because of them being a bit bulky and if I 'm wearing shorts, they scrape my legs so on those days I have to wear leggings or sweatpants. That said, the fact that they go up to 90lbs it's definitely worth it in my opinion. Now if only there was a compact hip thrust weight product for small apartments( hint, hint) or at the very least a weighted bar that goes up to 110 or more lbs. I 've searched but have n't been able to find one.

This is a very durable, flexible, and elegant dumbbell set. You can adjust the weight by adding or subtracting weight plates, which means that one pair of dumbbells allows you to do many different exercises. Yes, it takes a minute to screw the collars on and off to change weights-- but you need to rest a minute between sets anyway. And you can screw the collars on snuggly so that the weight plates do n't rattle around like other quick- adjust dumbbell sets( and this set costs far less). While looking at options at my local store, I spotted the Fitness Gear 40 Lb Adjustable Dumbbell Set. There was only one set on the floor, and it was sealed. I bought it without seeing the contents. When I came across the Bowflex SelectTech 2080 I knew this was the route to go for space- savings in my home gym!
