They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I could run, lift, and cross train and never have to do the annoying pull down that I have to do with my other high- end brand shorts. I usually do a medium in biker shorts but the small actually fit perfect on my pear shaped body. [ I really love the feel of these shorts. The fabric is fairly thick for running shorts, may get a bit warm in the summer, but work well for me. Helps to show less panty line too. They are definitely stretchy( I am 7 months pregnant in the photo), but still feel really durable. Not like lululemon that starts to pill so easy. The side pockets and adjustable draw string waist is a nice touch too.
