I got this bag in black. The DSG Ultimate backpack 4. 0 is a very useful and functional bag, and it is light without any items in it. There are big and small pockets inside and outside of the backpack. I can easily fit in my 13 ” MacBook Pro in the laptop slot. It won ’ t be a problem to fit in a 15 ” MacBook too. Both sides of the backpack have the water bottle slot as compared to others that usually have one. There is a small compartment on the outside upper backpack that is lined and padded, can be used to put mobile phone. The straps of the backpack are padded for comfortability on the shoulders. Overall this is a very good backpack for the value.

Very lightweight backpack with tons of pockets for everything you would need to take for school or any other event where there ’s a need for separation of stuff. My son will be using it for school where in the pictures he was able to fit a laptop with separate pockets for his mouse and cords. There ’s also a pocket for his cell phone and his graphing calculator. There was plenty more room for his notebook and books as well as pencils and other school accoutrements. The side pockets allowed to hold his drink container or bottle and the other side an all umbrellas. There ’s padding in the back for all heavy loads and there ’s breathability so he ’s not heavily sweating. Great fit for him and the plain design fits his needs.

It's easy to clean and has quality zippers. I filled the bag to the max& they did n't get off track. The straps are sturdy and comfortable. I appreciate that they do n't dig into my shoulders. [ As someone who's always on the move, finding a backpack that adapts to my unpredictable days is essential. The Nike Aura Backpack has been a game- changer. It ’s a 24- literally bag which I feel is an ample size for work essentials, gym gear, and personal items. Its main pocket is very spacious, it has a mesh liner inside to keep things in place while still having plenty of room for other items, there ’s also a bonus zipper inside where you can keep a wallet and have it secured. The side pocket is perfect for a water bottle, and you don ’ t have to worry about it being too large because the pocket has a an elastic band that gives more leeway for bigger bottles and doesn ’ t puff up when you remove the bottle keeping it sleek. The front pocket is also spacious, ideal for smaller items like deodorant, keys, snacks etc. The material is smooth and the backpack feels lightweight. I don ’ t have any gripes with the backpack, if anything I would have added a rubber or sturdier sole for the bottom to avoid wear and tear from being placed on various surfaces. [ There ’s plenty of room in this backpack, with lots of pockets to keep everything organized. The main compartment is big enough for all your gear( I put a basketball and shoes in there and the zipper had no problems closing). There is an interior and an exterior zipper pocket to hold your keys, wallet, and phone, while the side elastic pocket fit my 24 oz water bottle. But the backpack looked a little small on me. I am 5'10 '' and the bag was about half the size of my back when full. It looked much better on my wife, who is 5' 8 ''. I would also not put a laptop in here as there is not much padding on the interior. Otherwise, the bag is lightweight with comfortable, adjustable shoulder straps. The top loop feels much more durable than the rest of the backpack so I would feel confident holding my belongings by just the top loop. All in all, this backpack is worth checking out if you are looking for a modern, practical athletic bag for daily use.

I ’ ve taken my Gregory Women ’s Jade 24 LT Backpack on two training hikes so far as I prepare for my upcoming trip to Havasu Falls, and it ’s been exactly what I needed. The organization is one of the biggest highlights. The front pocket is perfect for storing food and snacks so I don ’ t have to dig through the main compartment during breaks. Inside the main compartment, I can comfortably fit clothes, toiletries, and a water bladder without everything feeling cramped. I also love the hip belt pockets — they ’ re ideal for quick- access essentials like lip balm, sunscreen, etc… while hiking. The only con is that my phone doesn ’ t fit. [ Got it in blue. It's a really good looking shade of blue, and the pack itself it well constructed with a good number of features. Personally I do n't like the Osprey trekking pole loop design and I would rather have loops on the outside of the packs for carrying poles when I do n't use them. I 'd also prefer mesh pouch rather than the zip down the middle. These are n't big deals though because I knew of them when I bought the pack, so that advice goes to anyone looking at this pack. Research the features before you pull the trigger.

[ I was looking for a carry- on backpack and I researched a lot of options before choosing this one. I love that the suspension is very comfortable for walking a mile plus from a bus stop or train station( I have only used it on one trip so far but had to walk a mile from the train station to my hotel and this was fine) but it also zips away( which I did when I left the bag at that hotel because it was too early to check in). [ I LOVE this back. I backpacked through deep mud and heavy rain. The included rain cover was great for hiking and laying the bag down in the muddy vestibule. It feels like you are carrying half the weight when it is on and it can be adjusted to whatever your carrying preference is. I had and easily accessible spot for everything. I compared it to many other bags before settling on it. No other bag could beat the comfort, which is really important for a person with back pain.

[ This pack meets almost all my expectations and hopes! I love the suspension system the most. My pack feels like a hug! I appreciate the choice of removing the “ brain ” to save weight. The hip belt is comfortable. My only issue is with the shoulder straps. Over many hours on the trail, I notice that the straps do not sit completely comfortably around the front of my shoulders. That said, this is still my favorite pack out there!

I love osprey products and unfortunately found that most of their products do not fit XS torsos. However. The EJA is the exception. It fits through the shoulders and leaves plenty of room for tightening the hip belt. It ’s like wearing a hug. I did 3 10+mile days with this pack( 48l) and it was just the right size for my and my dog ’s needs. The ONLY complaint I have is that the shoulder padding could use reinforcements. I found the material shredding my shirt and leaving friction burns on my collarbones after day 2. I ended up shoving my extra sun shirt under the straps to widen the coverage on my shoulders. I could probably wear thicker shirts for winter trips, but summertime screams for tank tops and breathable materials that just didn ’ t do enough for comfort on that long of a trip. I will be using this pack again, but definitely looking into mods for the shoulder strap padding

I 've had this pack since 2006. It's been on many adventures with me, from backpacking in Canyonlands to training hikes in Teluride to travel through Taiwan. For several years, I used this bag for grocery shopping and going to the laundry mat, when it was often 70 pounds. It's so comfortable that even fully loaded, I can easily dance while wearing it. The first time putting this one on, fully loaded, for a 5 day backpacking trip, I realized what a game- changer it was. Originally I was concerned going down in size by 5L, but all the pockets and stash points make up for it. It packs much better than my previous pack and the weight is distributed better and sits on my hips more comfortably. Definitely recommend!

Just got this pack as a replacement for my very old and trusted Arial 75. Despite being a guy I got the women's as my last one was a women's and it fit me so well. I am 5' 7 '' '' and 155#. Super comfortable and easy to adjust. I have just used it so far for day backcountry skiing. It easily synched down to a small size and was narrow with no wobble for skiing in the trees. [ The Ariel Plus 85 backpack was a game changer for me. I 'm not a `` professional '' backpacker, so packing everything but the `` kitchen sink '' was a desire. Although I wound up not packing that too, I did manage to get everything I needed, and more, into this pack for a 3 night solo trip. An ultralight tent and a 4. 7 '' high sleeping pad were carried on the outside of the pack, while my mummy- style sleeping bag was in the sleeping bag compartment at the bottom of the bag. Other necessary items took up the rest of the space, with room to spare. Not only was there plenty of room in this bag, but it was incredibly comfortable. I 'm humpbacked, so not many backpacks are comfortable for me. With the adjustable torso feature, I was able to get a truly dialed- in fit and was able to hike without discomfort.

Osprey really outdid themselves with this one, thinking of every little detail for organization and packing this pack. Additionally, the suspension is great and carrying over 40% of my body weight, I felt the weight, but not the pack! I like my comfort and I do not like to be cold and I carry food for my dogs, while they carry the water, therefore, I need all of this space. The only detail that osprey does on all of their packs is that sleeping bag divider is not fully removable, just `` '' disconnect- able '' '' so you still have to carry the divider around with you adding weight and it does get in my way. I have never used it since it prevents me from stuffing every solitary nook and cranny of the bag. Also, when the bag is stuffed, I have never been able to successfully open and then re- close the bottom zipper anyway. Same with the side zippers Osprey has on most of its packs. HOWEVER, they surely did get it right with the front zippers on this pack! You can open the entire front and then re- close it even when fully stuffed! Wonderful!!! Also, the side pockets, unlike other Osprey models, really can be used and things added and taken out even when the pack is fully stuffed. I love the front organization pockets and keep things that I need handy like GPS and maps, etc in one and repellent and netting, or if it is a cold, snowy backpack, gloves and hat, in the other.

This pack is so incredibly comfortable you do n't really know you have it on. I am certain I will be able to travel more distance without fatigue with this pack. I adore this pack. My mom bought the Ariel 85L for me a few years ago( 2021) for my first guiding job, and it has been my companion ever since. The pockets make it easy for me to stay organized and access a variety of gear while on the trail, and the brain turns into a little day pack. The only negative on the day pack feature is that the straps secure with plastic toggles through loops rather than buckles, so they come out when you are n't wearing the pack. This pack is super durable. I have sat on it, accidently thrown it in a beaver pond, checked it at the airport, and much more, and it has n't ripped or shown much wear yet( knock on wood of course). The water bottle pockets have a holster feature, so you can access your bottles without help and fit notebooks, maps, or fuel bottles in the top part of the pocket. I am a notorious over packer, and I can always fit everything I need and still hike comfortably with this pack. If you like ultra light this might not be your pack, but if you want to hike for a long time while staying organized and comfortable this is a great pack.

6/22: had the Sirrus 24 for years. liked it. Compression- fratured lumbar region early spring. Feared hiking days over. stubborn but realistic: Had to carry pack light and high. Wore same clothes daily, hat, pricey poles. Tied jacket around waist, saved pack space for tent, food, water, rain gear, navigation, first aid, sleeping bag n cooking gear. There was other stuff inside bag, but I forget. Was able to carry light even with food. This pack solved my weight fears: helped me keep all under weight, not stressing back. Wore a lot; usually kept inside pack. Used water bladder. Was able to muster the entire CT in 2022. Cons: not able to reach back and grasp water bottles, pockets on belt too small and plastic zippers ceased in cold. Otherwise; really liked.

[ Bought this a few weeks ago for a backpacking trip to Olympic National Park and it ’s been great so far! I ’ m a 5 ’ 9 ” woman with athletic/curvy build. Thoughtful compartments, detachable smaller pack, built in rain cover, and seems pretty lightweight to me. I love the green color of the pack and the neon green color of the rain cover. My other pack is a 45 Osprey from 4 years ago and this frame seems more supportive/better padded.

[ Have only taken this pack on one trek so far but it was great. Very comfortable and distributes weight nicely. I love how convient it is to access the inside of the pack with the front pouch. Only complaint is the water bottle pocket- it ’s very difficult to get a 1. 5 liter Nalgene in and out when the pack is full.

I did n't understand the significance of a female- specific pack until I got this one-- I had been using a 75L+ unisex/ male pack for 10+ years and it always felt just a little off. The first time putting this one on, fully loaded, for a 5 day backpacking trip, I realized what a game- changer it was. Originally I was concerned going down in size by 5L, but all the pockets and stash points make up for it. It packs much better than my previous pack and the weight is distributed better and sits on my hips more comfortably. Definitely recommend!

Just got this pack as a replacement for my very old and trusted Arial 75. Despite being a guy I got the women's as my last one was a women's and it fit me so well. I am 5' 7 '' '' and 155#. Super comfortable and easy to adjust. I have just used it so far for day backcountry skiing. It easily synched down to a small size and was narrow with no wobble for skiing in the trees. Lots of pockets, I especially like the double pockets in the lid for sorting small stuff.
