I love these even in spite of the train conductor jokes my coworkers make when I wear them( which is 2- 3 days a week). The fabric is a nice weight( durable yet light enough for working outside in 80- 90 degree heat) and soft. I do wish I had sized up from the `` true fit '' recommendation though. They fit comfortably now, but there's not much room for shrinkage, so I 'll have to be careful to wash cold and air- dry.( My last pair of the tan version shrunk lengthwise over time because I was too impatient to air- dry them.) For reference: my natural waist is 28- 29 inches, hips are 38- 39 inches. I 'm 5' 9, 140 lbs and I got the size small- tall. I think the medium would have fit better from crotch to waist.

Second set of these bibs. Needed to get black so I could patrol in them. Love the extra warmth, no more sagging pants or cold butt crack, extra pockets are great, have n't tested in the rain yet. Medium are a little bit long in the legs, I 'm 5ft8in 180 with 41in chest, 34in waist and 30in inseam. I just tightened the shoulder straps. Still struggle sometimes with heavier base layers fitting under the bids without the side zip and just the buttons. That would be my only improvement on them, side zip to get heavier base layers under the bids. Still does n't change my 5 star rating

The point is, you can do whatever you want in these bibs. Except for tinkle, tinkling is tough but what would you expect in a bib. The zipper will suffice, but be careful on cold days... you might lose it. Anyways, incredible bibs here that are going to last me quite a long time.

These are the best non Gore- Tex pants ive ever had, which is a lot. Im 6' 1 '' and the L fits well, just a little baggy, but not dragging or interfering with my bindings. The only thing i dont love is the chest velcro, a zipper would be appropriate. No lace clip on the powder cuff, no back clasp hook. Love these pants. P

Really enjoyed this outer shell jacket for snowboarding in Utah. I used a different jacket underneath for insulation and warmth, worked well without it being uncomfortable. I ’ m 6 ’ 2 ” and the length and size fit just right, the sleeves aren ’ t short or pulled up when raising my arms. The neatest thing about this, and if you have the Firefall pants/bib, is that there ’s a hook inside the jacket near your tailbone. That hook attaches to a loop that ’s affixed to the pants/bib so that the jacket doesn ’ t rise up if you should fall and down the slope while skiing/snowboarding.

I 'm around 5' 4 '' athletic build and ordered a size large since they are described as `` slim fit '' and they 're perfect – fit is stretchy and not at all restrictive in movement. a little long but that's to be expected with snow pants and does n't matter given the way they fall on snowboard boots+ the liner. the straps are a little odd to figure out at first since they cross in the back, but it's easy to get used to. bonus is the zip to allow for quick and easy bathroom breaks in between runs! price point is obviously high but you get what you pay for and these will last forever if properly taken care of.

Just got back from my first day on the slopes with these pants and loved them! Very warm and the pockets are super convenient. I 'm 5' 9 '' and weight 145- initially I got a medium and they fit like a glove but I like to layer a lot so needed some extra space. That large is a bit baggier than intended but it works better for me. I had a small issue with the pants when they arrived and contacted halfdays. They got back to me immediately and offered a very generous solution.

A thin base layer was all I needed and I was very cozy all day. I really like the fit and contour of these bibs. I was looking for a burly 3L pant that is roomy enough for proper cold weather layering.( I ski at Whitefish, MT. often, so.....). These check that box nicely without being too baggy. For reference, I 'm 6'- 3 '', 210 lbs., 35 '' waist, 34 '' inseam in most pants. Purchased size Large. Lengthwise, these ride just right with my ski boots on.( Even though the size chart says 32. 9 inseam). The 3 layer `` AdvancedSkin Dry+ '' fabric is bomber, weatherproof and resembles 3L Gore Tex. I 'm a first time bib owner, and first time going non- insulated. There's definitely an adjustment on your base layering when switching from insulated outer wear to shells, but I was interested in these for warm spring days when there might be rain in the forecast. My third time using these, I ran into just that, water was dripping off my helmet and googles, and my legs stayed dry. I 'm happy with the waterproofing on these, lots of pocket options including pockets inside the pockets, and zippers that go both directions give you venting when needed. I 'm 6' 1 '' and 175lbs, went with a Medium Reg since Med Long was out of stock. Long probably would have been best for me, but I have n't had any issues with the regular length boot retainers coming up or off.
