I have been using a good mat for yoga, though basic, it has helped me 6 months in my practice. This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Also, it has a great grip for positions when you press hard with hands and feet. It is long enough for me to fit laying down and it is n't that heavy. A very good product overall, I highly recoment it for anyone who practices yoga or even other sports.

I got the yoga Mat towel because I found the mat I had was hard to keep clean and saw that these could be washed. It is beautifully colored. Easy to carry and to put in place when ready to use. It is easy to store and the best part is that it washes. I do not have a dryer and it does line dry well. It came out perfect and ready for use again. So I did n't actually buy this for a yoga mat I bought this for my gym bag and my camping supplies. Most microfiber towels range between 10 and$ 80 depending on the size that you are looking for and it is harder and harder to find a decent microfiber towel that dries quickly for bigger dudes. I do ultralight camping kayaking and things like that plus I go to the gym every other day. Having towels that dry in minutes instead of being soaking wet in my gym bag is exactly the kind of thing I need in my life. This was more expensive than I would like but with this single towel I can get all of my hair and my entire body dry and as long as I do n't ball it up and shove it into the bottom of my bag if I just hang it off of the locker while I 'm getting dressed it is mostly dry by the time I am ready to leave the gym. Also this is only the fourth one I have ever bought and I bought it to replace one that got torn up while camping, and I have had them since 2012. More expensive than I would have liked to have paid but I will more than get its use by the time that I have to replace it.
