I do wish that there were thumb holes in the inner sleeves and maybe another pocket inside the jacket on the other side( there is one on the left side) to stick tissues, money, etc. but it's a great jacket and very comfy. Purchased this a month ago and my kid who is super picky about coats loves it. He picked a crazy pattern that has a lot of white but surprisingly it camouflages the dirty fairly well. I measured him as well as his previous jacket and the fit came out just as expected. He is perpetually cold due to only wearing a tshirt and this coat keeps him warm in Michigan winter. The only thing I thought was a little concerning was the glove clips that are situated in the tiny cuff of the wrist in a small velcro hiding spot. Anyways they are 1- 2 '' so they make the wrist stiff if they are tucked in. But they actually hang out partially. I thought my kid would freak out about them hanging out or being stiff but so far he has n't mentioned it. If he does I will just cut them off! I have noticed one small tear forming on the zipper cover of the side pocket, my guess is my child threw himself to the concrete and the zipper pull covered by the fabric ripped under the force.

[ It ’s exactly the jacket I had in mind. Sizing and length very true to form. The front venting is great and these can work as two additional pockets. Hood fits well over ski helmet, and the cuff Velcro works perfectly for tightening around gloves. Zippers are snug, but I figured they ’ ll loosen over time or maybe a touch of lubrication. Highly recommend this jacket.
