This is a good one which goes to mid thigh on me( 5' 2 '') with the rounded swoop in the back that looks a bit stylish. When I tried it on with a sweatshirt underneath, the sleeves of the extra small were a touch tight when bending my elbows, but I think it will break in just fine. Great jacket, hope this can help folks with sizing. Did n't have any trouble with the zipper the way other people have described, it's a big metal double zipper and takes a little effort but nothing crazy.

As always Carhartt makes a great durable jacket. This is my wife's first carhart jacket it will more than likely last her for the next 20 years. Best investment you can make is a great carhartt jacket. Ca n't recommend enough

Like all other Mountain Hardware products I have owned, the quality and finishes superb. Be aware of the cut is a little longer at the hip than I anticipated, but it is still very comfortable.

I was looking for a comfortable, light weight coat that was still super warm. This coat is perfect for that. Fits true to size, is super light weight, but keeps me warm in the Iowa winter. It does n't make me look bulky and I love not having an annoying hood in my way.
