So far they 've been worn skiing and snowmobiling in various conditions, from 28 degrees and snowing 2 '' an hour, pouring rain, and cold dry single digit weather. The waterproofing is superior, and blocks the wind well enough. The fabric is comfortable and does n't feel constricting. I 'm 5' 2 '', about 130 lbs, with pretty beefy legs and butt. The chest pockets are more for sunglasses, chapstick etc, and not a phone, but you should n't have your phone right next to your beacon anyways. The zipper works well enough for peeing. It's a pretty easy process. Overall, this bib is just a great no- nonsense product that does exactly what you need it to do: Keep you dry and comfortable.

These bibs are amazing. You may think you would lose style/fit/quality with bibs, but you will be very pleasantly surprised and eager to hit the slopes and apres activities in your new bibs. There is waist/hip cinching system that you will love! They are extremely comfortable on, will not inhibit any moves and will add value to your day!! I 'm 5' 6 '', 127 lbs and have them in small/ short. The length is perfect, but if you are over 5' 6 '' and have long legs, go with the regular length.

Finding pants in any outdoor brand is a challenge because sizing is still skewed towards more petite women. I am 5' 6, 140 lb, hourglass shaped with a 32D bust, 27 '' waist and 39 '' hips and athletically built thighs. I ordered a medium tall and the 34 '' inseam is actually perfect and just hits the floor without shoes on. Pros: Built- in cinch belt around waist- this is a genius add! High front pocket allows to sit comfortably over the chest while keeping the girls secured and the straps flat over the traps Overall really comfortable pant Cons: Drop seat zipper is only on* one* side. It does not have the dual zippers I was expecting. This feature was why I ultimately went with Mountain Hardwear and I think an added zipper would make this pant 5 stars. Needs more room in the thigh/outer hip area to accommodate for layering and different body types No cinch or snap around the inner boot liner

I am 5'10 and based on the size guide I fit a small long. However, the main issue I had was that the torso was too short, even with the straps at maximum length. I do not believe these would fit someone taller than me unless they have a relatively short torso. The quality seemed great, but these bibs would be better if there was a front zipper or if the straps could be unhooked. At its current design, you have to lift the straps over your head which is almost impossible if you also have on a helmet. If the torso length could be adjusted along with the strap issue, this would be a five star product.

[ I am now the proud owner of 5 pairs Men's Freedom Pants. 2 are insulated 3 are shells. They fit to size as there are both waist and length size options not just S, M, L, XL. This allows one to select their proper waist and length size for those of us who do n't fall into standard fits( i. e. I 'm 5' 7 '' with a 35 '' waist). The pants are very well made. Pockets, zippers, vents, all very well thought out. Insulated pants are great with a base layer if temps are 22 F or below. Shell pants are great with a base layer above 22 F. I 've been skiing for 51 years and these are the best pants I 've owned. That explains why I have 5 pairs.

Amazing quality! 4 pockets, thigh vents, and large adjustability in the waist. I 'm in- between sizes in Stio clothes where I 'm right at the end of the medium range and the beginning of the large. I got a large and can cinch it enough in the waist so it fits, but I still have the ability to have my layers underneath, which I appreciate. 5' 4 and 150lbs, no butt or hips but theres plenty of room for if I did have that. Pant length is perfect with the ski boots. And with Raven colorway, the bright salmon zipper pulls match my jacket!:)

I gained some weight so I needed to size up this season. I have an environ jacket but I wasn ’ t a fan of the pants. These seem way softer, have a nice adjustable waist and great pockets. If I size down eventually I would definitely get these again.
