These all- weather sneaker- boots are great looking and rugged. With the insulation and foot bed padding they are fairly snug at first. After a couple days of break- in, however, they are coming around fine. If you prefer a roomy fit, maybe get a half- size bigger than normal.

Very easy to slip on and secure once on your foot. This can be difficult to achieve with a slip- on boot, but these nail it. The rubber material is completely waterproof, and the bottom tread is excellent on icy surfaces. If you live in a cold, coastal area( Maine, Alaska, Nova Scotia, etc) these will be a lifesaver in the winter months. [ First off, these are so much more comfortable than I expected! They fit perfect with jeans or skinny jeans. I sprayed them with a water bottle as a test to the waterproof claim and the water beaded and rolled right off. The inserts are thick and have a ton of cushion to add to the overall comfortability. The soles are thick and look like they will last a long time. Walking across my kitchen floor the soles never slipped once. I can not wait for fall to get here so I can wear these.

I bought these as a gift for my husband, they 've been great for ski season. They were perfect for a ski yurt trip as well. The traction on the bottom is solid and seems to help keep the shape of the boot compared to other down booties with a softer sole. The taller boot design seems a lot cozier than the mule version. The only complaint is that now I want a pair of my own and they 're hard to find in stock mid- season:)

I ’ m on my second Canadian winter with these. Very warm, very comfortable. They ’ re tall, almost up to my knee, and fit snug around my leg( though not “ tight ”) so as not to have huge gaps where snow can get in. The Vibram Ice sole works — good traction on slippery surfaces. Note, however, these boots are not light, nor are they flexible like cheap boots — there ’ ll be no trips strolling in the mall with these. These are serious boots for serious cold.

These boots are wonderful. My first week in them I drove the from Haines AK to Anchorage AK in October. They were perfect for the wet, the snowy, and the cold. My only concern is how long they will hold up, looking forward to finding out!

Just returned from AK and I had the chance to wear these in ice and snow. They are very stable, I did n't slip at all. The fit is nice because it allows for a thicker sock, but I did order my usual size. The sole has a noticeable cushion, which I like. There is a low pile/fleece lining that feels good! I own many pairs of Xtratufs and these are probably going to be one of my favorites!

They are warm but not too warm, until it's about 70& deg; out. They 've got great traction and best of all stay on like laced boots. [ I am normally a size 6 but tried the 7 since that ’s what was available. I figured I am wearing heavier socks in the winter. The fit is good, even with thinner socks. There is room so it doesn ’ t feel too big or too small. All of that fur will definitely keep my feet warm in the winter. It hits about mid calf for me, which I like. They will be perfect for a snowy winter.

I ’ ve worn this style for the last 15 years. The first pair was a half size larger than my actual shoe size. Kept them for about 4. 5 years and gave them to a friend so I could get a pair that were my actual size( a half size smaller). I had the new pair for 10 years and finally got holes in the soles. I just ordered new ones and plan to have these for another 10 years. They ’ re great for all the snow and low temps we get. I ’ ve never once had wet feet... other than from sweat! I ’ m so happy they got rid of the side snaps for the inserts because then I don ’ t have to worry about replacing broken snaps. Absolutely LOVE these boots and love Sorel!!
