These are the most comfortable swim bottoms I 've ever owned. I ended up buying 2 pairs. They hold up well to heavy use. I like the higher waist and the boy short cut, especially for open water swims. And you do n't have to worry about them riding up, which is always a plus. The price is a little steep, but I love them so much I 'm not mad about it.

these are nice swim bottoms if you want a stylish choice that is cute not cheeky or conversely frumpy. I have not worn them in the water yet but the material feels like it will maintain shape once wet. I think they will be good for active beach days. I have never owned cover- up shorts that are meant to wear over a swim suit( I always wear a dress cover- up) so I wasn ’ t sure if I would wear these but I recently went on vacation and I loved having these to wear over a one- piece swim suit. For reference, I am 5 ’ 6 ” and 116 lbs and bought an xs but could have also gone with the small. They are high- waisted and definitely “ short ” but for me, they covered the booty, were flattering, and super soft and comfy. They also seemed to dry pretty fast after wearing them over a wet bathing suit. I ’ ll definitely be buying these in more colors for the summer!

[ In my line of work I consistently bend over. They do n't bend with me, rather against me. Just a little spandex or elastic added would be nice! However, I wonder if that fabric will lend to lint balls at the thigh rub spot. I 'm 5' 7', 120lbs, narrow hips, booty present. 2's were actually too small sized up to a form fitting 4. I 'm hoping, for the price, that they do not `` lint ball up '' anytime soon. I 've only worn a few times so take with a grain of salt.
