I have an indoor exercise bike and my entire apartment is floored in hardwood. Looked high and low for a way to protect my floors while I break a sweat on the bike and finally found it in this mat. The hardest bit about putting it out was having to roll the indoor bike around. I thought it would be a tad thicker, based on what I thought I read in the description, but it does the job I wanted which is protecting the floor. Very easy to clean.
