I ’ m on my second Canadian winter with these. Very warm, very comfortable. They ’ re tall, almost up to my knee, and fit snug around my leg( though not “ tight ”) so as not to have huge gaps where snow can get in. The Vibram Ice sole works — good traction on slippery surfaces. Note, however, these boots are not light, nor are they flexible like cheap boots — there ’ ll be no trips strolling in the mall with these. These are serious boots for serious cold.

The Carhartt Ironwood boots fit exactly right, and are unexpectedly comfortable. The soles absorb shock and are comfortable all day. The insulation is just right too. I ’ m a hairstylist and on my feet basically 24/7, I actually wear these to work pretty often bc they ’ re so comfortable( with my specialty inserts for super high arches) and they are awesome! I get tons of compliments all the time. They ’ re super light weight and not clunky like most boots. [ Just got in the mail today. They are really comfortable. I sized up a half a size and they fit perfect with a bit of room for thinker socks. I haven ’ t wore them outside yet but i feel they will keep my feet warm with how warm my feet got while wearing them for the bit of time I had them on. My only concern is the heal part. As a few other reviews said the heel part rubs a tiny bit and I feel it might either make my heel raw or give me a blister. Other than that I love them and can ’ t wait for the snow to really try them out!

They are nice in formed fitting and are not big or clunky at all. They are also very warm. There is room to wear some cozy socks too. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 or 9 and I ordered a size 9. Really easy to lace up.

These are my sixth pair of Sorel boots. I have three dressy pairs, two traditional winter boots, and now these. I wanted casual boots the wore like running shoes( something with heel support without a high heel). This style was perfect for it. These have kept my feet warm and dry when the temps are below zero. I ’ m a true 7. 5, and these fit very well. They are slightly wide in the opening( I don ’ t know the proper term), but not enough to bother me. The width near the toes is standard/wide. Most of my Sorel boots fit narrow, and can be uncomfortable at times( the reason I fit into 7. 5 vs 7). These are not uncomfortable. I ’ ve received many compliments about the boots. I ’ ve worn them almost every day for a week now.

I bought 2 pairs of these boots back in 2021, and they are consistently great. Easy to wear, warm, supportive, and snow proof. I have driven to Zion, Bryce, Arches and Grand Canyon in them in the snow. Never lets me down. Look also look `` futuristic '' to me which I love because it gives my all cream or all black north face outfits a little jazz up LOL. I ordered 1/2 size up to accommodate thick wool winter socks.

I bought my first black and white Kinetic boot several years ago, and they have been my go- to boot for snow and cold weather. This newer model has a wider footbed- which is great for more stability, and an improved sole which is a great redesign as well. My old ones are still going strong, but when this newer model went on sale I could n't resist. I usually order my regular size 7 in Sorel boots, but, as per a previous review, I ordered a half size up to be able to wear thicker socks. These fit great and feel fantastic!
