First and foremost, customer service. It is OUTSTANDING! I ordered a size 10 boot online, which is my normal size. When I received them, they were real tight on me. I figured they would loosen up after a couple of days. They did n't. Because I wore them for 3 days, I figured that customer service would n't take them back. To my surprise, no questions asked, they not only took them back, but gave me the right advise and I reordered a larger size 10. 5. Customer service then noted for my file, that if these did n't fit, I could send them back again and they would work on another solution for me. I was stunned. Talk about pleasing the customer, they went beyond what I ever expected. Other than my initial expense, there was no additional cost for sending back or receiving the new pair.
