Mediums are often too tight and large often fits too long in the body. This shirt though, is perfect. I ordered a large and the fit is slim, sleeve length hits mid bicep, and the lower hem of the shirt body is weighted so that it does n't bounce during cardio or while playing tennis. I ’ ve been wearing this every time I drive to my elderly mother ’s house( 4 hours away). This summer has been disgustingly hot, but the white color helps deflect the sun and I don ’ t have to slather my entire upper body in sunscreen when I wear it. I can also stick my thumbs in the thumb holes and cover most of my hands. It does get sweaty if I wear it outside in the heat for a while, but as a very pale person, I love being able to just slip something on and get instant sun protection. Love this piece so far. I 'm 6' 4 '', 250lbs and the XL fits me great. I typically need to order XLT shirts but this is sized well for me. Sleeves are good length but would n't have minded another inch. Thumb holes would have been nice. I have to maneuver a little to get it over my chest( 46 inch) but it's not a problem, just noticeable. The material has a nice stretch to it. Might have a shirt on underneath or nothing under depending on temperature and wind. Love the hood fit with or without a hat. Zipped up the hood stays on well. Zippers work well. I 've washed it several times now and the material and color still look new. Washing on delicate and hang dry. I like it so much I might get another.

Sorry about their review title, I couldn ’ t help myself. Lol grate pants, fit well at the waist down to the knee but cut quite slim at the calf. Every time I get up from sitting or get out of the car or off my motorcycle. I have to do the pull my pant leg down with the other foot routine. Not a big deal. Just a bit annoying.
