I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I love these shorts. A year or so ago, they added the pocket to the right side which took these up to the next level. If I could offer any improvement, it would be for there to be pockets on both sides and have new exciting/bold colors in the tall sizes.
