Got this for my daughter, she is a teacher. Her room is cold and then she has bus duty periodically. So the 4. 0 is perfect for being somewhat sedentary. Surprisingly, actually keeps her warm! I wear it beneath my layers when spending time outdoors during winter in Wisconsin. But I ’ ve also worn it to work( in an office) during especially cold days. It fits true to size and is comfy.
