I got the Red in Regular Large. It was the last one at the TNF store in Denver at the Cherry Creek mall and the second I tried it on I knew it was perfect. The fit is amazing, tons of flexibility in the pants so you can move and it's beyond stylish. Super super happy with this purchase and can not wait till we head to the mountains for skiing! Got this as a christmas present and just spent the whole last week in it for a ski trip. It was fantastic! Comfortable, flattering, and so stylish. It kept me warm and dry even in some harsh blizzard skiing conditions and dried out quickly after use. The only changes I 'd request to the design would be: 1) to find a way to make it easier to take off for bathroom trips( my sleeves and hood kept brushing against the toilet in those tiny ski resort bathrooms gross), maybe a crotch zipper in future versions of this suit and 2) the hood needs sturdier fasteners... anytime I even touched the hood to adjust it it would just totally come undone and I 'd have to ask my skiing buddy to fasten it back on. But overall I 'm very very happy with this purchase and have never looked cuter skiing.

I really love this coat and all the small features that make it so nice. I love all the pockets, it actually fits a 1L water bottle. I love the little fleece details in the hood, at your face, and in the hand pockets. It ’s very warm, and I can choose to layer( or not) and still be warm. I kept my normal size small due to my broader shoulders and wanting it to be able to wear a sweater without my shoulders feeling restricted. It definitely is boxy, but I don ’ t pick coats based on that, but all the other features like staying warm. I really like how big the hood is, it actually fits both my head and a ski helmet, which is nice. I also love the length of the coat and how it ’s slightly longer than my waist. I appreciate the double zipper, when I get into the car I ’ ll unzip the bottom a touch so it ’s looser which makes any tightness when sitting down go away.

Love, love, love this jacket. I am that girl who is always freezing, especially if it's windy I do n't stand a chance. Well this jacket has been a lifesaver, got me through- 20F weather with no problem, it blocks the wind and moisture. The pockets at mid level, that are fleece lined, are a blessing. I did a lot of research before buying this coat and I do n't regret it. Now it may not be as form fitting as one might want but honestly when you are warm in dead of winter, who cares. Also it has a million pockets, after 2 winters I still keep finding new ones.

I absolutely love this jacket — it's hands down the best one I own, and I have a lot. The red color is eye- catching, and it's incredibly comfortable and flexible, not stiff or heavy even in the coldest temperatures. Living in the Northeast, I 'm often outside in freezing weather, and this jacket keeps me warm without feeling bulky. After a couple of years, it still looks great, and I get tons of compliments on it. It's easy to care for too: I wash it on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and air fluff it on low heat, and it comes out looking like new. Definitely a five- star product!

As a native Chicagoan, I ’ ve endured some frigid temperatures( as cold as- 20F/- 28C with the windchill) and this parka is my secret weapon. It ’s roomy enough to fit multiple thick layers underneath and super comfortable. The hood helps shield your face from heavy winds and doesn ’ t easily collapse. It ’s a little bulky, but that ’s to be expected for the type of coat it is. It is legitimately the warmest coat I own. I ’ m obsessed. I love how it isn ’ t super tight on your body and overstimulating with other layers. It fits really well with thick base layers or thin layers underneath and greta for both cold and mild temps. I love this coat. I bought this recently when temps were regularly in the low 20s to low 30s and with a base layer and mid layer, it was perfect. Love the pockets for storage but also ones at the waist for your hands. Nice to have the drawstring at the waist and hood for cinching. The only slight downside is the Velcro on the head to pull back the hood from drooping over your eyes is placed a little too high; I have the very bottom edge of the Velcro used to keep the fur just at the top of my eyesight, so I have a feeling at some point I may be amending this with my own attachable Velcro. Quality materials and well worth the price. So glad this works in cold temps( that I ’ m used to experiencing!) but also something I can wear in the more typically mild- ish winters I ’ m used to, which are upper 30s to mid 40s.

For reference I 'm 5' 6 '', 130 lbs and typically wear size 2 in dresses and size 26 in pants, so I did size up one to be able to wear layers underneath and I 'm glad I did. I 'm 5' 2 100lbs and usually wear an XS and this jacket fits me well with extra room for layering. I love the Turtle Dove color as it is a creamy/vanilla shade that pairs well with any snow pant color. Amazing features- snow skirt, thumb cut outs, water proof and wind proof, zippers up to my chin, well insulated, and, multiple pockets. This jacket is one of the best quality ski jackets on the market now. I would say it's comparable to Helly Hansen's Alphelia jacket in terms of fit and features but for a lower price point. It even has a similar fit to the Arc'teryx jackets if you cinch the waistline in and tuck it. You can get away with wearing no layers underneath this jacket in 30F weather. I 've already gotten many compliments and will be wearing this to back to back ski trips in Vermont and Colorado! I agree with other reviews that a snow helmet can not fit underneath the hood, but that is NOT a con for me as wearing a hood while skiing usually obstructs my view anyway.

I was fortunate enough to be able to grab this when it was half price and I 'm so glad I did! The color is exactly as shown. The inside has a beautifully soft fleece layer. I also like that it has a loop near the tag inside for easier hanging. I often wear a size large in most women's clothing, but this was described as being a little bit of a loser fit and I would definitely agree with that. And I feel like it fits well while even having a little roof to spare, which is great for when I want to wear layers. I also like that it's a little bit longer in the back, so if you 're wearing leggings and would like to cover up a little bit more, this offers a little more coverage. Coverage. There are two good size pockets in the direct front on either side of the jacket and it has a zipper closure. I would definitely recommend this to others and would recommend going a size down from your normal size.

4. 5 stars. Usually a S or XS in jackets and glad I went XS it's still big enough to layer under. I wish they made an XXS because when I cinch this up to my preferred crop length there is some extra fabric that bunches around my mid section( I 'm 5ft 8 about 120lbs with long arms and torso) so I agree this is not might not be the best for very petite gals unless you want a baggier fit. Dolomite is a nice buttery sand color. Love the stitching pattern that gives a quilted look. Overall I ca n't wait for cooler weather and to travel with this puffer.

Finally! I must have looked through hundreds of puffer jackets for my upcoming trip, and the Nellie was the perfect mix of not too athletic but still casual enough for everyday wear, and had pockets. I 'd never heard of Halfdays but decided to give it a try. Customer service was quick to respond and kind, and the order shipped next day. All in all got it within 4 days of ordering and the quality is great! Lightweight, but still providing warmth, and definitely packable. I very much so appreciate the models with different heights/weights and sizes provided and selected the same L as the model and it was perfect fit. I live in Upstate NY where the winters can be very harsh. I walk in the elements everyday, this jacket has been the warmest jacket I have worn! Great features- deep pockets, pockets inside the coat, extra large/extra warm hood. Really blown away by the thoughtfulness of the design.

This parka is IT!!! There are so many great things about this parka. My favorite features are that it zips and buttons, the fact that you can cinch the bottom of it, the dual pockets on the outside so one can be for your hands and one can hold your phone or other items, and the hidden chest pocket! I recommend this to everyone!!

I bought the Lawernce Jacket and matching pants in Alpine Green and when I wear them together I get asked if I work for the forestry service so maybe I should have gone for another color. It's a great jacket with lots of pockets in the right spot. I appreciate the cell phone leash and the goggle whips built in. It would be nice if the front zipper pull was a bit bigger or had a cord on it to make zipping up with gloves on easier like the pocket zippers have. And the collar could be a bit roomier to Zip up when wearing a neck gator.

The jacket is warm, comfortable, and has lots of great pockets. Could easily fit everything I needed for a day skiing, and it was warm enough with a few layers on a cold, blizzardy day. Sized up for a looser fit to be able to wear thick layers underneath( wore two long sleeves and a sweatshirt and was comfortable). Would recommend.

I bought this coat in a size 6 Brown Sugar color. It is absolutely beautiful. Insulation feels like this coat will be very warm. Attention to detail and material is top notch. Very soft and comfortable. True to size. Very stylish and not boxy like other winter coats. Expensive but well worth it.
