I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. I went with the 16kgs weight first it was perfect for me. I ’ m male 5 ’ 10 ” 180lbs new to using these weights. It was very challenging at first but after a hand full of of sessions I got the technique and felt comfortable at this weight. It ’s still heavy enough for me. I have toyed with getting next size up but this 16kg weight still is enough when I look at the price for the next size. So far no rust, I have had it for 5 months and really like it. I like the handle size, I usually wear a large size glove, and I have yet to drop it when sweaty.

All the padding is in the perfect places, including in each knuckle of each finger, and there are touchscreen pads on the thumb and forefinger. I lift weights a few days a week. Wearing gloves to protect the ligaments is a good idea. After some time without using gloves I will feel some pain in the fingers. I normally use gloves with the half finger which works great. I bought these full finger gloves to see how I liked them. After a few workouts they fit well and I think they prevent any damage to the ligaments. These are good gloves but I still prefer the half finger gloves because I still have more feeling and control of the fingers.

Dicks over price these gloves. They are$ 44 on here but on Amazon they are$ 28. I bought this to use with the Ethos Power Rack 1. 0 not knowing it was not meant for this rack. All in all it works, but the bar with pin holes is not long enough to fit both pins. Simple fix, pick up some thick cotter pins to use instead of the pins it comes with and it will fit perfectly. Balloon the cotter pin head so it does n't slide through the bar hole and split the two ends and curl them opposite each other. Purchase cotter pins at auto parts store for like$ 5. See photos.

I have had these straps hanging outside in the Florida environment for about 13 years. Every day, all day. I just replaced them with new ones just because the handle rubber split. I dont know of anything that can withstand the Florida elements like that.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. The handles are thick and comfortable. The adjustments are quick and easy to make. One of my favorite strength and mobility tools.

These gloves are awesome. As a woman, I have difficulties lifting the weight my muscles can handle because my grip is too weak. I was able to do my first free pull- up with these gloves and have been lifting heavier with them. I was wary of using a full- finger glove because I had never trained in them. I was a bit concerned about sizing. I measured at the high end for medium but decided not to go for a large because I 'd rather have them be a bit snug. I 'm glad I got the medium because the large would have been too large in the fingers. As for the wrist strap, I have pretty small wrists but there was no way I was getting these to close all the way, and partially closed the velcro rubbed against my skin. I just tucked the loose bit under and problem solved, no rubbing, and because it was snug to begin with it stayed in place. I definitely think these will keep my hands from getting torn up as I advance to heavier weights( which is why I got them to begin with). They washed well( in a mesh bag on delicate cycle) but I think I 'll turn them inside out next time because there were a lot of loose little black threads that came off on my hands after the first use( probably just cause they 're new). They seem like they 'll hold up one time but it's too soon to tell.

I chose this ball based on the way it looks and the brand. I have been using a Jungle Gym XT for years without any issues and I wanted to try another Lifeline product. I 'm an avid golfer, and I 've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I 've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I 've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I 've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I do n't think I 'll be going pro anytime soon, but I 've knocked a few strokes off my game.

It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.
