These are the training shorts I 've always wanted. I generally hate shorts with liners because the elastic in the leg holes is irritating and annoying. I usually opt for linerless shorts and athletic boxer briefs. These are everything in one. The benefit of these shorts is that the outer shorts are attached to the inner liner. The pockets on these shorts stays put. I have another pair of Nike running shorts and the pocket liner pokes out the bottom when I put my phone in there. So annoying. The only thing I 'd change is the advertised phone pocket in the back is much too small for my iPhone Max. Otherwise these are perfect.

It is very comfortable because it does n't trap heat and is very stretchable and is perfect for working out. I ’ m not one typically for running in short running shorts—I prefer fitted, mid- length bike shorts. However, with the DC humidity, I wanted to try something. These are awesome! No chafing( I use Body Glide to help), comfortable fit on waist, and amazing phone pocket that lets me run without needing a separate holder for it. I just came back to buy a second pair!( If you ’ re debating colors, the bright pink is fantastic and so vibrant! Please make these in more bright colors, Nike—maybe an orange or a vibrant purple or green?)

I tried these for a long 10 miles run and it was hot but I stayed cool in these. The briefs were fitted but breathable. There were extra hidden small pockets for nutrition, keys, chapstick, water bottler loop, and zip pocket that fits my smaller iPhone. Impress with these.

[ First impression was that these fit different than regular Nike shorts. I like it, and I like the liner. The material is light and keeps me cool. These are good for any kind of workout indoors or outdoors, they are not restricted to just the trail! My favorite piece is the built in liner. I would recommend these to anyone!

These are by far my favorite running shorts. Not only are they perfect for super hot days because they are so flown and airy, they have made in underwear! Usually I cut made in underwear out because it ’s so uncomfortable but this pair is fantastic. I love the color and it doesn ’ t ride up as badly as other brands do while I run( I have larger thighs). They do fit a bit big but I recommend still getting your usual size, they have a drawstring so you can tighten them! I ’ m 5 ’ 8. 5, 149 lbs and I got a medium
