To be precise, I measure 23cm so technically a 6, and after going up a whole size, I found that they ’ ll be okay to wear with thinner socks( especially once I break them in). They were definitely a bit stiff the first 2 weeks I 'd say. But now my foot easily slips in and out of the shoe. I noticed a little bit of rubbing on my ankle in those first two weeks but that has gone away. I have high arches and usually put some inserts into my shoes. I tried that for a bit with these and found it to be a little tight. They are comfortable without the inserts but I might try again in the future once they are completely broken in. I 've been really pleased with these boots. I have n't owned them for too long, so I ca n't speak to their durability. These are a light- weight alternative to heavier, stiffer rubber boots. I like this company and in the past, when I had an issue with their boots, they stood behind their product and replaced some boots quickly and without any questions.
