To be precise, I measure 23cm so technically a 6, and after going up a whole size, I found that they ’ ll be okay to wear with thinner socks( especially once I break them in). They were definitely a bit stiff the first 2 weeks I 'd say. But now my foot easily slips in and out of the shoe. I noticed a little bit of rubbing on my ankle in those first two weeks but that has gone away. I have high arches and usually put some inserts into my shoes. I tried that for a bit with these and found it to be a little tight. They are comfortable without the inserts but I might try again in the future once they are completely broken in. I usually wear a hiking style boot which are functional for walking the dog, especially on trails but the Bogs look great and I was thrilled to find them. I usually wear size 5. 5 but as a bonus, the size 6 fit really well and securely by pairing a lighter sock with a medium thickness sock. I initially was drawn to the green color, but ended up purchasing them in black because they look really great on. The uppers are textured differently and looks classy.
