All the corners are rounded preventing any sharp pokes. I have the power block sport 50s and there appears to be strong enough and large enough for the 50- 70 lbs expansion kit as other reviewers mentioned.

So i need Some equipment to get my muscles used to the gym routine i want to go back to. These bands are great. There are 4 resistance strengths and they all do pretty well. I 'm not used to these bands, so it's still a bit scary stretching them out so much. Even though I have them secured in place. My only true issue, is that the carabiner on the band itself is kind of small. The strap that wraps around the carabiner is thick, and it's a bit annoying to attach the handles. But, that's typically normal with a lot of gym equipment, so whatever.
