I was able to do the assembly methodically in a timely manner and was pleased with that accomplishment( I 'm a small __quote__senior__quote__ female)! Instructions are clear and all necessary tools are included. The machine is very quiet--- a very important feature to me. Really like it. It is quiet and can adjust level of resistance. Have n't yet used the battery for feedback. It will be helpful to keep my knee joints in good shape. Only regret that I did n't get it when I was rehabbing from knee surgery.

I have had this machine for a few weeks and I like how I can use this elliptical to get my cardio work out as well as engaging my other muscle groups. The IFIT program is especially helpful when I need a more guided workout that I can easily follow along with. The Nordic Track has other nice features such as a built in fan and a large screen to name a few of them. I would recommend this machine to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals. My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I 've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. Second, it is a great quality product- very well made along with a very good price. Third, we enjoy using it and have continued to improve our health numbers and even lost some weight. My husband had to have surgery for a brain bleed December 11. He's been home from the hospital now five days and has already been able to use the cross trainer on the lowest setting twice. Got a medical procedure done where I had device implanted in my chest so I couldn ’ t use the upper body feature. Had to return. I love exercising on this Eliptical. Easy on my joints. I can do a light workout or a cardio workout. The Sunnyfit trainers have several workouts on the app that are amazing. I waited to do this review to see if I have any issues. The only thing that comes to mind is it does n't like going in reverse like my Orbitrek did.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

My whole family uses this machine without any problems. It's a great way for us to get a full body workout at home without having to go to the gym. My kids and I love placing our iPad on the device holder to watch shows while working out. There's a handy bottle holder that fit my thermos just fine. The machine is quiet and smooth. Overall it's a great product and I recommend it.
