These blades provide an amazing thump through the water. Caught a couple in murky water, amazing action on these things. I still prefer a jackhammer, however these over sized blades are amazing to attract bass in murky water.

I recently bought two of these, one in white and the other in fire craw for fishing on a trip to Minnesota. The bass loved the fire craw. I bought the other for home in East TN. The products work as advertised, they have a tremendous amount of thump and hunt.

Frequently Asked Questions For Blade Baits

Blade baits are a type of fishing lure designed to mimic the movement of baitfish. They typically feature a flat, vibrating body that creates a unique action in the water, attracting predatory fish. When retrieved, the blade generates vibrations and flashes that can trigger strikes, making them effective in various fishing conditions.

Blade baits are versatile lures that can be effective for a variety of freshwater and saltwater species. Common targets include bass, walleye, and pike, among others. Their ability to mimic injured baitfish makes them particularly enticing to predatory fish.

Blade baits are particularly effective in cooler water temperatures and during periods of low light, such as early morning or late evening. They can be used in both shallow and deep water, making them suitable for various fishing environments. Additionally, they perform well in areas with structure or cover where fish are likely to ambush prey.

Blade baits are typically made from durable metals or high-quality plastics that can withstand the rigors of fishing. The materials used can affect the weight, buoyancy, and vibration of the lure, which in turn influences its effectiveness in attracting fish. Many blade baits also feature finishes that enhance their visibility in the water.

Choosing the right blade bait involves considering factors such as water clarity, depth, and the type of fish you are targeting. Lures with different weights and shapes can create varying vibrations and actions, so it's important to match the bait to the fishing conditions. Experimenting with different colors and sizes can also help you determine what works best in your specific fishing environment.
