Now in cooler weather I ’ m wearing this for pretty well any temperature below 50F. Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. I ’ VE NEVER FELT HOT WHILE WEARING THIS!!! Sure I ’ ll still sweat, but there ’s no worry about thinking you need to plan for how warmed up you ’ ll be 2- 3 miles in. One slight ding I ’ d give for how small the zipper pulls are and it ’s easy for the bottom one to not quite line up and get off track.

Perfect mid- layer fit. I 'm 195lbs/ 6' 3 ''/ XL. It is a mid- layer fit though! goes great over most mid- layers( fleece, light insulation, or fitted sweater) with the limiting factor being the size of the arm holes. Also fits great under heavier outer layers and adds a significant amount of warmth. Love the double zip. Simple, functional, and stylish piece.
