The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. I love it! I am really specific about sun shirts because I live and work on boats and wear a sun shirt most days. Full disclosure: I have tried the Crater Lake and Sunshadow before this and really did not like them. The Crater Lake is 1) kind of soft and does n't breath as well as this one and 2) had sloppy sewing so the sleeve hem unravelled after a couple months of wear. The Sunshadow was low stretch and super restricting to wear and the fabric stained really easily. This* Sunblocker* is amazing. The fabric is super quick drying but not scratchy, the sewing is really neat, and the fabric is stretchy and not restrictive. I sized up from S to M and am glad I did. I personally love the crop. Amazing shirt and a go- to for me, especially for personal travel. Material has a linen type feel but does not wrinkle and holds its shape much better than linen- more durable. Also not scratchy on the skin like some cheaper alternatives. Periodically check to see if Fjallraven has released a light sky blue, which to me would be the best color… please make one Fjallraven! I ’ d buy two;)

I ’ ve only owned a couple of these for a month or so, but I think I ’ ve found the perfect summer shirt. Stylish, versatile, comfortable, and wrinkle- resistant. I wore it for a beach day this past weekend when I wasn ’ t on the water, am thinking of how I can dress it up for a casual summer wedding next month, and won ’ t leave on any summer trips/vacations without them. I usually like a slimmer fit, but this is a perfect relaxed fit. I ’ m not swimming in the material, but it ’s also very airy and comfortable, and just fitted enough to look really nice. I can ’ t thank Fjallraven enough for carrying size xs in men ’s!! If I had to pick a gripe with the shirt it ’s that it doesn ’ t have 100% full mobility when completely lifting your arms out and above your head, but I also know that ’s not what this shirt is intended for. Terrific product and a fair price for how exceptional it is.
