This is the perfect jacket for any type of cold weather! I live in a mild winter climate but tend to visit places where it gets a little chilly and wanted a jacket that would work for all the things. I sized up to make sure I have extra room for layering. On its own, it is perfectly lightweight and but still keeps me warm. On colder days, I am able to layer a sweatshirt underneath and stay cozy. I just received this jacket today and I 'm super happy with it after only trying it on! I 'm 5'11 '', about 165- 170, athletic build and the large fits perfectly! I have a little extra length in the arms, which I love because it is a rarity. I feel like I have just enough room that I could wear a crewneck underneath without problem, but it's not bulky without layers. And it's long enough that it covers my bottom! I 'm usually between a medium and a large and I would not size down for a medium in this jacket.

Being 5 ft tall, I often get smalls but I went with a medium( even though the website recommended a large 🤨) so I could put other layers underneath it and it worked out because I could roll the sleeves up just fine. [ There is a lot to really like about this jacket. Water and wind resistant fabric, lightweight, perfect as an extra layer for those cool mornings or evenings. I tend to bring a jacket with me where ever I go so I love that it is packable. Other packable jackets I 've tried can feel cheap or flimsy, but what I like most about this jacket is that there is no compromise quality of the material- it still feels great when I wear it. Thoughtful touches with the zipper design to keep rain out, the bungie cords at the waist for a more secure fit, and vented back to help with breathability really bring functionality to this piece. If there was one thing I would change about this jacket is the cut; the length is a little too cropped and the sleeves a bit baggy for me personally, but I know that's the style and it can work great for others.

[ This jacket is amazing! I 've been looking for a rain coat that's light weight and comfortable, but that would n't stick to my skin when it rained. I think I finally found that! It has a hood and a cinch cord around the waist to really keep rain out. The vent flap in the back is the only weird thing about it. Because it is just tacked around the edges, it sometimes falls open and you can see glimpses of the shirt underneath. I do n't think that's a huge issue because it does n't effect the usefulness of this jacket and it does n't fall open enough for me to care about. The sleeves are long enough for me, which I love! That's something I typically have issues with since my arms are so long. I ca n't wait for the next time it rains!
