When it comes to jackets for toddlers we are looking for jackets that look nice and are versatile. But that are easy to put on and easy to clean. The Nike Windrunner checks all the boxes. I especially love the all black color of this one as it will be even better about not showing dirt and staying clean. The all black look of this jacket makes it look even more premium than some of the brighter color combos we have. The white Nike logo really pops off the white, it looks nice but a tone on tone gray logo could be really sleek as well. The jacket is a little big for our son, but we intentionally ordered a size up so he could grow into and wear it longer. The fabric feels super premium and similar to his other jackets am confident this will last for a long time. Really happy with this jacket. As many parents know, it comes down to what is comfy and easy to put on. So we tend to put him in a lot of comfy athleisure gear. This all black jacket looks nicer than our other windrunners and will get tones of use. Never change the Windrunner, it is an all- time classic for parents and kids.

Which is fine for me since he can easily wear it over a sweatshirt. The design is relatively basic yet classic at the same time. Black with white can never go out of style. One of the great features of this jacket is the ribbed cuffs by the wrist. Although the arm length is a little long this feature stops the sleeve from going over the hand. The hood is a nice size and easily covers the entire head and face. So far we have used it in light rain and it has kept him totally dry. The material is soft. Its not too heavy but provides great protection from the wind and rain. Its light weight and very comfortable as well. Its my sons go to jacket when he leaves the house for most off the fall season. Hes only had it for a few weeks so far but the material has held up great. No signs of wear. Its pretty easy to clean. I highly recommend this jacket to anyone with kids. Its stylish and very practical for a very reasonable price. I would definitely buy again and plan on getting more in the future.

It ’s amazing for gym workouts/running AND I ’ ve worn it over scrubs to work for a fashionable twist. For reference, I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ” with a shorter torso and it sits ~3 ” above my crotch. But honestly my favorite part is the pockets: they ’ re deep, they ’ re roomy, and they ’ re sewn at a steep angle so my belongings aren ’ t constantly sliding out when I lay down or lean over. The fabric isn ’ t perfect for me, as movements can be a bit loud( think noisy rain jacket) when I ’ m trying to examine a sleeping patient or steal a cookie from the nurse ’s station, but that also makes me think it ’ ll be pretty water resistant. [ I was a little skeptical about the jacket at first and how it would really fit. To my surprise the jacket was light weight and fit loose. I really like the white with the blue lining accent. This was a jacket that could go with casual or even something cute. I wore it on a day where it was mid to high 70 with some wind and it worked just fine for me. I really like the material that the jacket is made out of. The only thing I would like to see if this jacket comes in any other color.

[ So I just want to start out by saying that it ’s way too warm for me to wear this out and about right now, but it will definitely be a staple once the weather cools down. It ’s such a lightweight jacket with snap enclosures where the pockets are which is a nice little throwback feature that you don ’ t see often in jackets. I got a medium and I love that it ’s a little oversized, but not too large so as to where you ’ re drowning. I love that the outside of the jacket gives windbreaker material, but the inside doesn ’ t meaning you won ’ t sweat at all in it like a typical windbreaker. I personally love this jacket and can ’ t wait for it to cool down so I can wear it somewhere other than inside my house.

I love that it is light enough to wear for a run and does its job blocking the wind while still allowing me to keep cool. I also like that I am able to fold it small to pack it away for a trip. [ I really enjoy wearing this windrunner jacket. I got a size up for a roomier feel and the comfort is on point. The mesh interior is very soft and feels great against the skin. The white color feels perfect for something to throw on during summer and its breathable enough for mild summer days. The color accents on the striping and the silver zipper meld perfectly with the pillowy white of the rest of the jacket. It can be styled many ways and I ca n't wait to try with more outfits. I do n't intend to use this jacket for running or outdoor training but I can tell it would be great for workouts in a more fitted size. One of the best parts of this jacket is how well it holds up in gusty conditions. Even without layering heavily, I could feel noticeably less wind- chill than with my old softshell. Very happy with that. The hand pockets are secure, the sleeve pocket is handy for small stuff, and mesh pocket bags help with breathability. The drawcord hem and elastic cuffs let me tighten things up nicely when wind picks up.

The fabric is extremely soft and lightweight, and it feels great while running. It doesn ’ t have that stiff or crinkly feel some jackets do. I really like the mesh pockets on the inside and the zippered outer pockets for keys or small items. The elastic at the wrists keeps the sleeves in place, which I appreciated. [ The canopy jacket is a perfect spring layer. Right out of the box, I really liked the feel of the jacket and it looked flattering when I put it on. I am typically a small and even though I am in my 3rd trimester, I was surprised to find that the jacket still fit due to elasticity in the material. It will be perfect when I get back to my typical size. The two zipping pockets are great to keep my keys secure on a run and big enough for a phone if I am wearing it more casually. The material also did a great job keeping me dry in a slight rain. I do n't believe the jacket is completely water- proof, but it is certainly water resistant, which I would n't have expected with how soft and non- plasticy the material feels. The trade off with jackets that keep water out is that they are not the most breathable, but the canopy jacket seems to have found a nice balance between the two. The vent in the back helped to let some of my body heat escape so that I did n't feel like I was trapped with heat and sweat. Overall, this is a piece that I will come back to often.

i use the Helium Rain Jacket in addition to a 700 fill goosedown esp. when i ride out into wilderness. while it will not protect against sheer downpours, it will if you 're under a tree! plus, in conjunction with the puffer i stay super warm and dry while packing small and light. imperative on a horse!

[ This is one of the best jackets out there. The design and comfort feel effortless. This is the perfect weight to keep you sheilded from all the elements. It is so comfortable and the fabric is super soft and lightweight. It was truly thought out in the design to have the more breathable fabric under the arm to keep you from feeling over heated during your run. I did get to wear this in some misty/light rain and I stayed dry the entire time. My favorite thing about this jacket is definitely the material. It is different from anything I currently own. The one thing I was a little annoyed with was the front zippers have these nice toggles to grip on to. But the side pockets are just tiny metal traditional toggles that I found hard to open using one hand, not even running. Overall all I think this is a perfect jacket for an all season runner and will even be wearing this to run errands as I think it also just looks sharp.

[ When I first put this jacket on, I was pleased with how it perfectly fit. I typically wear a men ’s small and it was right on. The sleeves were not too short and were not too long, they were just right! While this jacket is thin, it provides more warmth than you ’ d expect. When I was moving out on a cool night, it was very comfortable — both the fit and the temperature. I did notice once I stopped it was a bit warm for me after a workout. The look of the jacket to me seems like something a runner would wear. Outside of exercising, I ’ d be willing to wear it casually, but probably not if I was on a date or somewhere that I wanted to impress. The quality seems really good and it ’s what I ’ ve come to expect from this brand.

I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

I am obsessed with the Bessie Packable Jacket. It ’s everything I didn ’ t know I needed — lightweight, incredibly warm for how thin it is, and so easy to travel with. I love how it packs into itself and even turns into a pillow( seriously genius for flights or road trips). This jacket definitely rivals my Patagonia nanopuffer in warmth and comfort. The color is a perfect shade of brown IMO. I 'm 5'10 '' and it hits right at my waist. I wound up going with a size small because it's rather boxy( I 'm usually a M/L). Great travel jacket that packs down into nothing. Even wore it out into the rain and I stayed remarkably dry. Granted, I was running from the car to the store, but enough that I would 've felt it had it not been water resistant. I would definitely recommend. I am absolutely in LOVE with the color and warmth of this jacket! Just finished a Utah 10K wearing it, the weather started at 35 degrees with partial Sun and wind, and ended at 41 degrees. I wore this jacket with just a t shirt underneath, and stayed at the perfect temp the entire run!!! Omg I need more of these babies! I loved that I could fold up the hood, and all of the pockets. I REALLY like this jacket. The material is so light for a rain jacket/wind breaker. I wouldn ’ t recommend it in heavy rain, but lighter rain yes. But it packs down so small it ’s easy to stick in your vest or just wear with the backpack straps on it so it ’s there if any wind or storms pop up.

This rain jacket is super impressive. When it comes to traveling, camping, hiking, or even exploring new cities, countries, etc. You ca n't beat the portability of this jacket. It is super thin and light making it easy to roll up and store into any type of bag weather it's a backpack, purse, or even large fanny pack. Even for being so light and thin, it easily stops water from getting through. I 've had zero issues with any type of moisture getting inside either due to prolonged periods of water exposure or leaks through any seals and stitching. I will say, because it's so thin, in colder weather, you would need a warmer layer underneath to act as insulation. That being said, you might need to get one size up than normal so it can fit over any layers you need. Also, if you are traveling through any thick brush or scraping up against rocks, you need to be careful about scraping or snagging any sharp/rough surfaces too hard to prevent any micro/macro tears in the material. Being so thin, it's not super durable, but it's not very easily torn either. Overall fantastic product and highly recommend

This is a super light, rain shedding jacket. Is it 100% water proof? No, but no rain jacket is. It ’s breathable, and with proper mid layer moister management, you can hike all day in the rain and be as dry as you would be in any other rain jacket. Pairs great with alpha direct layer underneath.

Bought this for cycling in the light rain. Nice fit and weight. I 'm 6' 3 '' and 200 lbs. and a large is a nice slim fit. Packs down small and is easy to stow. Not 100% waterproof, but kept me mostly dry on a 3 hour downpour bike ride. If you 're on the husky side, you might size up to an XL.
