[ This product was a godsend! I ’ ve been having neck, shoulder, and back problems for a few years now from having such a physically demanding job. While my upper back pain is manageable, my lower back is a nightmare to deal with. Just a few minutes with the venom 2 and my pain was melting away. If the price was lower I would buy one for everyone in my family for the holidays, but the best I can do is just highly recommend it to them.

This has a nice wide band with velcro that will fit any waist size, it offers pulse and full massage to loosen muscles and provides heat as well. My husband is on his feet all day for work and he ca n't wait to put this on when he arrives home. We live on a farm and I am out feeding animals and lifting hay and water buckets daily and this helps my lower back as well. It gives a complete relaxing relief feeling to his back after a long day. My new favorite stick roller! The wheels really help get into my muscle for more of a deep tissue experience. Benefit is I can press as hard or soft as I want. The tapered design of the wheel is great to i can cover more of my thigh/hamstring than a typical roller. I travel a bit for work and different marathons, fits great into my backpack and does n't stick out like some longer ones.

Hardly ever leave reviews, but since I ’ ve struggled to find a roller that could tear up my hamstrings( go real, real deep). Not because I ’ m a glutton for punishment, but rather because my hamstrings are as flexible as a rock. This is the only roller I ’ ve ever used that can turn them into squishy mince meat with proper leverage.
