I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don ’ t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. Initially, there was a problem opening the casing. I contacted customer service& they replied quickly. They sent a replacement casing which I received within a week. Froze the ice ball immediately& tried it out. Love how it soothed my knee& shoulder joints. Hope to try the heat ball later. Great product!

Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.

I do n't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father... you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb. The bar does n't pinch your skin, pull your hair or feel like it will break. Superb product!
