I fell between sizes and sized up because it was described as somewhat slimmer fitting, but I had to exchange for the smaller size because there was plenty of room through the middle and enough in the hips( also does n't go low on the hips. The details are thoughtful. The fabric is slightly sturdier than other typical similar shirts, but it has the following vents and sleeves can roll up with tabs. I 'm thinking of getting another one in a different color..

Love the echo tops. This is my first because I 've been eyeing my husband's for a couple years now. It does n't disappoint. I do wish there were more color options for women that were n't so see through, the navy I got is great, but do n't love many of the other options. A dark forest green, maroon, rust color would be very appreciated. Going to try the Hooded version next! I went with a medium and I 'm satisfied. Amazing shirt and a go- to for me, especially for personal travel. Material has a linen type feel but does not wrinkle and holds its shape much better than linen- more durable. Also not scratchy on the skin like some cheaper alternatives. I ’ ve only owned a couple of these for a month or so, but I think I ’ ve found the perfect summer shirt. Stylish, versatile, comfortable, and wrinkle- resistant. I wore it for a beach day this past weekend when I wasn ’ t on the water, am thinking of how I can dress it up for a casual summer wedding next month, and won ’ t leave on any summer trips/vacations without them. I usually like a slimmer fit, but this is a perfect relaxed fit. I ’ m not swimming in the material, but it ’s also very airy and comfortable, and just fitted enough to look really nice. I can ’ t thank Fjallraven enough for carrying size xs in men ’s!! If I had to pick a gripe with the shirt it ’s that it doesn ’ t have 100% full mobility when completely lifting your arms out and above your head, but I also know that ’s not what this shirt is intended for. Terrific product and a fair price for how exceptional it is.

I work for the Depart of Food& Ag and spend most of my day in the field surveying& inspecting insect traps. This shirt with the extra pockets near the waste is amazing. Easy click buttons are nice, BUT, they have unspaped a few times if the shirt gets caught on something. I suppose I would rather have the shirt buttons un- latch than have the shirt itself tear. It's also nice that the UPF is strong. Another complaint is that is holds wrickles a bit well. However, all n all, it's a great shirt o highly recommend.

These are by far my favorite synthetic hiking shirts. So lightweight and breathable, beautiful colors, perfect fit, super comfortable, dries fast and wicks sweat. The raglan sleeves mean no seams for backpack straps to rub and cause irritation. A slightly higher UPF rating would be nice, but would also make the fabric heavier, so I understand the trade- off there. The smooth texture works well when layering too.

Unlike most shirts that hit on my upper hip/waist, this one falls at mid- hip, making it flattering and letting me raise my arms without showing skin. A great short sleeve. Machine wash& dry completely fine. The elasticity of the fabric is smooth to the skin. Protects your core and shoulder areas from UVs. The inner stitchings are hardly noticeable and does not irritate like other brands like NorthFace. The length of the shirt is perfectly loose and tall. The waist has a room yet it's not too wide( I 'm 6' 2 190lbs athletic build). The only caveat is the color option. Definitely need more colors including White to make the line up more versatile in both short and the long sleeve in Crater Lake.

I am a staunch supporter of Columbia Sportswear for the Tamiami and Super Tamiami Long Sleeve Shirts. I love how light they are. They are so light- I no longer wear cotton T Shirts in summer. It's a short sleeve shirt( roll uo loops) It's a functional fishing shirt- quick drying- lots of pockets. It's a great summer shirt because its sooo light and quick drying. It can go from a hike/ walk to market. It's an excellent traveling shirt- wrinkle resistant and quick drying. I have actually gone swimming and thrown the shirt on without towel drying and the shirt dries amazingly fast. And to those who think this shirt is too expensive- This shirt is like kevlar- indestructible. I have nearly 20 shirts( I had a weight loss and had to drop a size)- and not one has made it to the rag pile. The only casualty was a spark from the s'mores fire melted a hole. They still look great. I ca n't remember my first, but it's at least 8 years. Worth every penny.
