[ To start with, this is the third pair of Zoom Vapors I ’ ve had. I ’ ve been in love with the shoe since it first launched, as its flexibility( mobility) and look are unrivaled. This latest version is a great new take on a classic design. The material feels incredibly light( better contact on the ball), yet durable—all while being made with at least 20% recycled materials. Fit: These are true to size, possibly a tiny bit small, but that ’s a positive in cleats. The shoe itself, is, like most other Zoom Vapors, on the more narrow side. It ’s designed to be snug on your foot on the pitch. If you have wider feet and intend on wearing thick socks, maybe order a half size up. Look: This is my favorite Nike cleat to date. With its all black design and very subtle swoosh and accents, it looks incredibly sleek—even the cleats and sole are dark. This color scheme is going to look the best, the longest, as it will hide all of the scuffs( and dirt) from regular use. Quality of Materials: I ’ d give it a 9/10 on quality. Bought for my 14 yr old son. For reference his favorite Nike model is the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 elite which began release in 2017. Since he outgrown his last pair in 2020, he has primarily ran through the complete Phantom elite line the last 4 years and always compared them to the hypervenoms. Since receiving these he ’s said they made up for all of the flaws of the phantom GT ’s and GX ’s. Also he complimented how the grip of the ball was better than the Hypervenom ’s which no clear he ’s tried ever came close to. Finally I am happy he ’s confident and satisfied with a clear that can provide what he needs… He wore a 9 in the GX elite start of fall and grew out of them by January so he started wearing my Hypervenom 3 ’s which are a 10. 5. We ordered him a pair of these lunar elites in a 10. 5 and his foot more skinny than full but hit gives him just enough room to grow through the summer and I ’ m sure we ’ ll be back on the market afterwards for fall. A feature I like as a parent is they have foam padding in the heel/achilles area! I thought that is an under- rated feature that adds to the comfort. We could not tell a weight difference between the Luna and the mercurial elite. Highly recommend!!!

To be honest, DICK ’s Sporting Goods is store that seems to still try to have what you need. The worker, I believe his name was Jackson, was very nice and friendly. I only went in to get soccer cleats but as I was in the store I noticed they had a whole isle of soccer shin guards. They also have gear from all the likings of soccer accessories and assortments for a game of the soccer sport there of. Come and support the local instead of Amazon. [ The first thing you notice about these when you open the box is the slick all black colorway. All black is nice for kids because they tend to get dirtier…but there are actually details on the shoe. When the sun, or light hits them…you can see the amazing patterns and designs. It gives them a cool feel, and easy to match with any uniform. The cleat itself is made of really solid materials. The cleats arent soft, they ’ re rather hard and grip the grass better, allowing for faster cuts and less slipping. The inner soles could use a little more padding. They seem thin and like they ’ d wear down faster and be less forgiving with certain socks. One really positive thing we noticed right away is the tongue. It ’s strong material, it ’s grippy on the outside to help pull the shoes tighter, but soft on the inside to help your sock slide in the shoe. It also makes very easy to get on and off. A lot of soccer cleats neglect the tongue and make it out of cheap material, and kids tend to break them easily. So this is a big win for kids. We love the design and the stitching on the cleat: the cool stitching on the back, and the sides. The placement of the cleats on the bottom are very nice for my son. They ’ re far enough up front to help prevent slipping and falling down, and holding a base while kicking. The laces aren ’ t great. Cheap flat laces. Gets stuck when tying too tight. Love the lace holes/eyelets. Solid, but wide enough that relaxing is easy. The tag placement on the inside isn ’ t good. It tickles the foot and feels odd when running. This low- top feels very protective around the ankles, allowing for sharper cuts. I think our favorite thing about this cleat is the lacing placement is. It doesn ’ t go straight down the middle like normal, it goes down to the side, almost like wrapping your foot. It makes for a great fit, and takes less pressure on your foot when running. You can ’ t feel the laces squeezing down the same section of your foot. It makes your foot stay in place while not keeping the pressure in one spot. That ’s great for longtime wear, especially during summer tournaments. We take these off less in than we used to in between games. Overall this is one of the better low top soccer cleats on the market. Besides the laces, and the inside soles, we have no complaints. A great colorway. Stays and looks cleaner longer. Amazing materials. Solid, no loose stitching, grippy on the outside, soft inside. Repels water and dirt. Cleats are hard and will last a long time. The fit is true to size, but will provide a little extra space for half sizes or wide feet. Lacing system provides longer wearability. Tongue provides easy on and off. Soles too thin, will wear down fast. Laces shouldn ’ t be flat, get stuck and tied too tight. Cleat placement on the bottom is great. Prevents more sliding and slipping. We ’ d give this cleat a 9/10 and with the numerous colorways we ’ ve found…we think this will be our new low top model we buy for now on. Great job Nike.

[ Just picked up some new soccer cleats for the upcoming Spring season. I figured I ’ d get them broken in to reduce any foot issues during the season. Upon receiving them I immediately noticed how sturdy a cleat they were. Some are too light weight and flimsy at the base where the shoe meets the cleat. These are not like that. Sturdy throughout, yet very comfortable. Great support throughout too, despite being a low top. The design and color on the cleat are fantastic as well. The Purple Agate color really pops, yet it ’s not too flashy. The ribbing on the toe of the shoe will help with ball control as well as toe dexterity and easy, fluid movements. The cleats on the bottom seem very firm. I don ’ t see them breaking down quickly. They should last for many seasons. The fit of the shoe is a little tight still after breaking them in quite a bit. I ’ d say size up a half size if you ’ re thinking of getting them. What I ’ m enjoying most about the shoe is the sturdiness. I feel like this will be a good cleat for quite a few seasons. I ’ d say the one drawback is that they ’ re a little tight. Like I mentioned earlier. I ’ d buy one half size up next time. I hope these continue to break in and loosen up. Overall I ’ m pleased with the shoe. We ’ ll see how they continue to loosen up for me though.

Bought for my 14 yr old son. For reference his favorite Nike model is the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 elite which began release in 2017. Since he outgrown his last pair in 2020, he has primarily ran through the complete Phantom elite line the last 4 years and always compared them to the hypervenoms. Since receiving these he ’s said they made up for all of the flaws of the phantom GT ’s and GX ’s. Also he complimented how the grip of the ball was better than the Hypervenom ’s which no clear he ’s tried ever came close to. Finally I am happy he ’s confident and satisfied with a clear that can provide what he needs… He wore a 9 in the GX elite start of fall and grew out of them by January so he started wearing my Hypervenom 3 ’s which are a 10. 5. We ordered him a pair of these lunar elites in a 10. 5 and his foot more skinny than full but hit gives him just enough room to grow through the summer and I ’ m sure we ’ ll be back on the market afterwards for fall. A feature I like as a parent is they have foam padding in the heel/achilles area! I thought that is an under- rated feature that adds to the comfort. We could not tell a weight difference between the Luna and the mercurial elite. Highly recommend!!!

[ The Zoom Vapor 16 Academy cleats feel like top of the line comfort boots with every step. The zoom air technology incorporated into the boots is noticeable by providing comfort and functionality. With every step and push off, I felt the boot propel and jolt me forward. The grip from the stud pattern also felt very sturdy on multiple playing surfaces. My initial 10+ hours in the boots on firm ground and turf fields allowed me to break the boots in pretty quickly and adjust them to my feet. Up close It does look like cheap quality once broken in, especially when you try cleaning the white, it feels like the paint is going to scrub off. But my daughter loves them, she gets a lot of compliments on these. She doesn ’ t get any blisters or complain of any discomfort. She ’s even played in the rain with slippery mud and on turf. [ This is my second time owning a pair of these specific cleats for soccer. The fit and feel are a bit narrow so I go up a half size. But with that said, they are extremely comfortable and perform really well out on the pitch! I am a goalie and feel confident and comfortable in these! The fit is very secure, which is important to me when I play. I get good traction and know that my feet are not going to slide around inside the cleat. The design is super sleek and clean! And I love that they are lightweight. Furthermore, the fabric and fit was easy to break in and wear to play pretty much immediately. I will say, like most athletic shoes when then get wet, they do retain a hefty smell after a rain game. I did not try washing them but would be interested if that would help the smell. I have the lavender/ green color which is sick and stands put on the field nicely. I feel that I have gotten great value and playtime with these! I ’ m able to wear and practice daily in them with 2 games a week, these cleats are durable and have sustained a lot of use at the end is the season!! Overall, I ’ m very happy with these cleats and would certainly buy them a 3rd time. I not only get compliments when I wear them but I love the most the durability and longevity I get from these.

[ This is in the top two or three soccer boots I have ever owned. This boot fits so well to my foot. It is not too tight and also does not have too much extra room in my toe. This is rare and a big plus. I always enjoy having the sock as part of the boot so I feel like I will not run out of the boot. The grip on the outside provides a great touch on the ball. The studs seem a bit long, but this is not a deal- breaker. Personally, I would change the colour because purple is one of my least favourites. overall, though, this is a solid boot for me.

[ I got these for my 9 year old and he has tried all sorts of cleats. He plays a lot of soccer and constantly wearing them down, so I was happy to see decent size cleats on the bottom. He also found them super comfortable with a soft toe box. He likes the slip- ons a little bit better but I think that is because they are in style. The tie ups were great and I could tighten them pretty good for his thin feet. Nike does have a good cleat for thinner feet so he does well in them. Only feedback was the black color- they got incredibly hot on the field, so maybe a different color next time:)

Out of the box they the toe are was a little stiff but after 5 minutes they wore in nicely. There is basically no break in time, but if trying in store you may initially think they are stiff. Traction is great and I enjoyed the 360 cleat configuration in the forefoot. It ’s been early winter and a damp, but in these there was no slipping. Heel cup has a great amount of hold and a bunch of cushion making these the most comfortable soccer cleat I own. Sole plate in the all black color way looks cheap, but performs well. They are perfectly stiff and rebound well for that “ fast ” feeling. Overall, the old mercurials are in the closet and the phantom have taken their place as my favorite Nike cleat. With this knowledge I ordered a half size up this year( W 9/ M 7. 5). The half size up fits much better and is more comfortable. [ To start with, this is the third pair of Zoom Vapors I ’ ve had. I ’ ve been in love with the shoe since it first launched, as its flexibility( mobility) and look are unrivaled. This latest version is a great new take on a classic design. The material feels incredibly light( better contact on the ball), yet durable—all while being made with at least 20% recycled materials. Fit: These are true to size, possibly a tiny bit small, but that ’s a positive in cleats. The shoe itself, is, like most other Zoom Vapors, on the more narrow side. It ’s designed to be snug on your foot on the pitch. If you have wider feet and intend on wearing thick socks, maybe order a half size up. Look: This is my favorite Nike cleat to date. With its all black design and very subtle swoosh and accents, it looks incredibly sleek—even the cleats and sole are dark. This color scheme is going to look the best, the longest, as it will hide all of the scuffs( and dirt) from regular use. Quality of Materials: I ’ d give it a 9/10 on quality. The shoe feels incredibly durable and performs well on the pitch. I ’ m only detracting 1 point as the tongue feels too thin and potentially weak. To be clear, it hasn ’ t torn or had any issues, but I just worry that it might. Overall: I ’ ve loved wearing them and their performance is fantastic. The shoes are comfortable, secure, and with their thin design, you have immense control when striking the ball. I ’ m a huge fan of the color scheme, though, I wouldn ’ t complain if there was a tiny more color popping on the swoosh( maybe a dark grey?). Beyond that, the only other change is perhaps a slightly thicker tongue on the shoe, for both protection and peace of mind. Highly recommend these cleats!

[ The cleats fit true to size. They are flexible enough to keep you stabilized during motion and planted in the field. As long as you lace them tight, you should not have any issues long term. I could run in them just as fast as any shoe. The matte black material is pretty breathable with a subtle shine. I like wearing black shorts and black socks with these. The material surprisingly did not scuff and provided adequate protection in a game of soccer. I don ’ t think I would change anything about them. Attached is a photo before the game.

Just received these Legend 10 Academy cleats and was blown away. Great budget cleat that does everything you need to. Comfortable, durable, and looks fantastic. Played a few games on grass and turf and the traction was a 10/10. I have slightly wide feet so they did fit snug. I recommend going up half a size to full size if you don ’ t like a tight fit. 10/10 shoe would highly recommend.

I usually wear an 8 and had to exchange for a 9. That still felt tight initially, but I tried them out and they broke in pretty quickly. The first 30 minutes they were uncomfortable but after that I played a full game with no discomfort at all. They feel soft and light but still sturdy, and they look awesome.
